I don't know how they made this so simple, but 1-800 Contacts pulled up my insurance benefits with zero hassle and applied them directly — no filing paperwork on my end, no runaround. Ordered online on a weekend. Pretty quickly that day I received an email that what I ordered was not exact to my prescription that I uploaded. Called the number and they clarified everything. It was my mistake. The person was very nice and very professional. Received my order right away. Really happy with the entire experience. That rarely happens!
