I have multiple giant breed dogs which makes ordering meds such as heartworm meds very time consuming and confusing. Representative Gwendoline H. Was outstanding! So thorough and patient! I give 5 stars for her! She is a great asset to this company!

Making sure once everything was figured out that my pet got her meds as fast as possible at no additional charge to me was amazing! Unfortunately I did not get notified by them that her prescription did not make it to them before they boxed up and sent out my original order so my dogs are late for their meds that is why it's only 4 stars.

It is easy to obtain what I need for my pet and always arrives quickly.

I was having trouble with placing the order on line.
The office person was pleasant and supportive in taking the order via phone. And he assisted me in clarifying the info I needed for placing future orders
to use the internet service if I wanted to.

The follow up from your customer service so quick AND on a holiday! They went above and beyond to help me and I so appreciate them.

I tried to place an order online to no avail. Being an elder the internet ways can sometimes be baffling.
I ended up calling to place my order and even though they were experiencing a high volume of calls they offered for me to leave my number and get a call back. I dont usually, but I chose the option and it was great.
I heard back from Gwen, a kind, good listening team member who was a big help. She was more than able to meet my expectations! Once again always pleased with PetMeds products and customer service.

The lady, Amy, who took my many questions and was patient with an old lady made my experience fantastic. I was disappointed that I could not get the 25 % off of the whole order, but she made me forgive my disappointment.

I had an amazing experience being helped by the rep. She was awesome helpful and understanding willing to help me and not make me feel like I did something wrong or bothered by me calling in which a lot of companies do when I call in. I don’t remember the reps name but she is awesome and I’m not sure who reads this but her supervisor should be proud to have her on the team. I would love for her to be recognized as a strong worker that knows how to be helpful and still get things done.

I'd like to give a HUGE shout-out to 1800PetMeds for what they did for me! I had just refilled my dog's arthritis medicine for $115 when he passed away last weekend. I hadn't opened the bottle yet, so on a whim, I called 1800PetMeds to see if they would take it back. They said that they couldn't, since it was a prescription, but they'd still refund me the full price since my pet died! WHO DOES THAT??? What incredible customer service, and so greatly appreciated! A Class A company that genuinely cares about its clients.❤️

It takes about 10 minutes to connect, but once you do, you are greeted and helped with fantastic people..all the time!
