Great customer service they sure helped me out what I needed to know,the only thing that I think that 1AAuto should change is the way you look up your vehicle for part fit,it only lets you choose 3 simple options,like yr mk and mod.,and that's it , should be more precise,on part look up,

They're answering the phone! Hold time is not bad. All the others you can't even call. Because of financial situations I've been buying parts from them but I haven't been able to put them on the vehicle yet. So I don't know how things are going to work but I will give them a review once that happens and all my repairs are complete

No communication/shady

I purchased a mirror that unfortunately did not fit when I sent them an email the only response I received was a label. I sent them another email to get my refund and a week later I was refunded a partial payment with no explanation. They are terrible. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!

The part ordered was for rear wheel needed front wheel.

The part I ordered was for rear wheel. I needed front wheel Hub assemblies. So in the return process, I asked if I could order the correct ones at the same value using my return parts as an even exchange the answer was NO. So also thinking I ordered the correct parts I was also charged the return delivery. The website misinformed me. So feeling like I was misled I will no longer be doing business with A 1 Auto after all these years.
All I needed to do was exchange. No complications.
I'm on SSI fixed income. So will have to wait another month. Thanks A 1 Auto.

Trash company

I entered the year, make and model on my vehicle into the website, no option to enter a VIN. Received the wrong size rear rotors. I never installed onto the vehicle. Now they will not refund the wrong parts. Trash company. Poor customer service. Chinese made parts. Stay away!

Talking less listening more

Customer service is awesome, easy going and they get you to the right spot and right part the only thing that would make them better is some promotional items for good and loyal customer so they can advertise that 1A auto is the right doctor for when your car is sick 🤧

Always bought my parts from 1A Auto, Great parts, the representative was helpful, when you call them you talk to a real person, the representative has great knowledge about the parts and not pushing you into buying unwanted products.

I 100% recommend 1A Auto.

Mrs Chaquitta was very extremely compassionate with my delima that my car was in the shop and now part is being delivered
The part was returned by UPS as damaged
I do need the LED BULB for the high and low beam for my 2009 maximum but I can’t find them with y’all

PSA: DO NOT ORDER RADIATORS FROM 1-A AUTO

At the end of July I ordered a radiator for my truck and it arrived in three days; unfortunately it arrived in a torn up box without proper packing material and staples stuck in the radiator core. I called to request a refund and was ready to send it back. The customer service representative was very polite, helpful and assured me that a new radiator would arrive in three days with proper packing material and I needn’t return the damaged one. On August 6th, my new radiator was delivered again without packing material and the new radiator’s also damaged. After my experience with 1-A Auto, I won’t be doing any future business with this company.
