I waited several months for my cabinet. Order #3049891.
No delivery. No update. Nothing.
I sent multiple emails. Finally got an answer that a refund would be issued to my credit card. The email was from Belinda
Of course no refund was ever issued.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. ITS A SCAM!!!

Do NOT buy from this website.
It is a scam. Placed an order for a makeup vanity on August 2024 and the estimate delivery was November 2024. No shipping notice. No response from multiple inquiries via calls/emails

DO NOT BUY! Never received my rug which I ordered in July 2024. Reached out to the company 3x, no answer. Now when I click, "check order online" from original confirmation email, it say "Link Disabled". Fortunately, I was able to get my money back from my credit card company.

I ordered a lamp from them on 9/1. The tracking page still says “vendor processing” over 2 months later. The lamp has still not shipped. I have tried to contact them multiple times and have received no response. They charged my card the day I ordered and gave an expected delivery date of 10/10 to 10/21. It is well past that date and the tracking page still lists that as the expected delivery date.

Ordered a $400+ item as a gift. Site tells you to expect 6-8 weeks for delivery. When the item didn't arrive, tracking showed it had never been shipped. Numerous support tickets were ignored. Trying to get a payment reversal, but most co's won't do it this long after an order. Maybe that's why they say shipping will take so long, despite their site claiming they're in the U.S. Feels like a scam. Buyer beware!!!

Ordered a side table back in July, it's now late October. I was told that the table had to be resent to 1st because the one received by them from the manufacturer was defective. They missed the proposed delivery date for the replacement, and since that time I have contacted them at least 5 times, no response. They also do not answer the phone. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Do not buy from this company. Scam.

I ordered a side table with a 2 month delivery timeline for a lower price. When I reached the delivery window, there are no updates to my order. I send customer support emails and called their contact number. No one picks up the phone and you're expected to leave a message. However, they do not return your call. After emails and voice messages, the company returned my money but I want the side table that they are still selling on their website. Felt like a scam and they want people to pay more for the same product
