Did my CBT and DAS with 1stop. It’s been amazing. I passed my CBT, Mod 1 and Mod 2 all at first go. That’s thanks to the 1-2-1 I did with them as well. All the instructors are so knowledgeable. They are highly recommended. The best place to learn how to ride

I’ve had a really great experience at this amazing school. One thing that stood out to me is the variety of instructors I’ve worked with—each one had their own unique style, but all were equally supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful in their own way. It made learning both interesting and well-rounded.

The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming . I’ve learned a lot during my time here and always felt encouraged to improve at my own pace.

I would definitely recommend this school to anyone looking to start or continue their riding journey.

Excellent motorcycle training from start to finish.
I completed my training with them starting from CBT and continued all the way to my full motorcycle licence. Throughout the process, every instructor I worked with was professional, knowledgeable and very supportive.
The bikes are fairly new and well maintained, and the training itself is well structured. The lesson durations are long enough to properly build confidence on the road and prepare for the tests. I also appreciated the option for 1-to-1 lessons, which helped improve specific skills.
Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality motorcycle training.

Not a customer but they regularly use the same car park in the Ilford area as I do when playing football. They have about 80% of the car park allocated for their use -which is coned off for them to use to train learners (already a bit of an inconvenience as it often leaves us with very limited car parking spaces) but then for some reason still decide to regularly whizz around the other 20% of the car park at dangerous speeds for a car park which has pedestrians walking around it (including one drill which seems to have them encourage bikers to zoom through at full speed over a 50m distance for some reason, which by the way they do on the side used by pedestrians and cars instead of their coned off area God knows why).

A week ago I pulled into a parking space before my football game after not seeing any moving vehicles around (in the non coned off area) and opened my car door only to narrowly miss a group of 3 cyclists who had for some reason decided to whizz around my car and speed through the small gap between me and the car parked next to me right after I had pulled into the space??? I would have sympathy if this group was just learners but the individual leading the trio was a trainer and he shouted and glared at me as if I should’ve expected him to do something that dangerous and known motorbikes were going to come flying through out of nowhere in my blind spot in a car parking spot??

Not sure how any learner who learns from this company passes any tests when they have trainers that seem to coach them into thinking it’s a good idea to just randomly speed between parked cars in a car park especially after one of them has just pulled in instead of idk just driving around the car park lane like a normal vehicle or at the very worst safely filtering between cars at a low speed. Dangerous company who are actually putting pedestrians in danger during their lessons then having a go at them when they almost cause accidents.

I started in the morning not having a clue how to start the motorbike. A few hours later I was confident to go out on the road. It helped that I ve been driving for four years which helped me with traffic. The instructor was very helpful and clear.

Did CBT today at Ilford, IG6. Everything’s good, but it’d be better if the instructors were a bit friendlier with newbies. Feels kinda like army training because instructors are very strict. Rest overall everything was good.

Manik is an excellent instructor who makes the day not only clear, straightforward and full of useful expert knowledge, but also fun. I just complete me CBT with him and two other people in the cold and rain on Sunday morning at 7am and still we were smiling. That’s a testament to the good vibes.

My instructor was Mantas he is so friendly, a good teacher. Now im really confident to drive.

I passed my Category A motorcycle licence with One Stop Instruction.
The training was tough at the beginning, but the way they train makes the test much easier and gives real confidence on the road.

All the trainers are very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. They explain everything clearly and make sure you are fully prepared for Module 1 and Module 2.

Highly recommend One Stop Instruction to anyone who is serious about passing and becoming a safe rider. Thank you to the whole team!

During my recent interactions with this business, I encountered significant issues with their customer service team. The representatives I spoke to, both over the phone and via email, were not only discourteous but also displayed a complete disregard for basic etiquette. For example, responses to my queries were abrupt and dismissive, and at times, my concerns were met with impatience rather than a willingness to assist. This consistently poor communication left me feeling undervalued as a customer and made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. Given these repeated instances of rudeness and a lack of professionalism, I strongly advise others to steer clear of this business.

Mantas was brilliant at teaching. He has a calm manner and real patience. Even if you know your stuff but still feel uneasy, do not worry. He will put you at ease and make the day genuinely enjoyable.
