When booking Iran it’s very hard to get hotels and local flights in Iran from the UK. When I came across 1stQuest I chat to Sorour and she made everything easy and simple. She helped me book all hotels they had available and the flights from Tehran to Mashhad. One day before I went my international flight changed and I contacted Sorour again and she organised a domestic flight on the same day and replied very quick so thanks to her I was able to come back and have a great trip. Had no issue at each hotel and at the domestic flights. So thanks for organising and making the journey much easier. Great help on the site and WhatsApp even during internet issues. Highly recommend to use if going to Iran.

1stQuest was very responsive and was able to guide me through the process well, especially the visa and travel process. they would check in with me regularly to ensure the trip went well, and the guide they arranged was excellent.

We had a great experience with Sorour. She planned a whole 10 day package for my family of 6 with flights, hotels, drivers and guides in Iran. Her hotel recommendations were excellent and her response time to emails was amazing. She even helped make last minute flight changes with an amazing response time.
Our main guide Mohsen was wonderful and truely cared to make our journey the best it could be. I think the family will miss him.

The only area for improvement is their emergency availability at night. I had an issue where I arrived at my hotel in Kish late at night, and they couldn’t find my reservation. Since it was after hours, I couldn't reach support immediately, which was a bit stressful.
However, 1stQuest made up for it completely the next morning. They took full responsibility, arranged an alternative stay at the hotel next door, and even treated me to a dinner of my choice as an apology. I have two cases with this company, 1stquest

Once I reserved a hotel with them, I was charged immediately, and they did not send me a reservation confirmation.
At the bagging, they promised to refund the amount.
So again, I reserved a room at another hotel, and I was charged immediately.
One day later, I received an email from support.1stquest.com saying the hotel raised the room price, so I canceled my reservation, and they agreed and confirmed to refund the amount.

Every time I sent email to ask about the refund, they always finding excuses.
Such as:
1. They're having a problem with the payment system
2. They can't find my reservation
3. We will check and get back to you
4.+++
5.+++
6.++++
At the end, they refused to refund the amount unless I removed the dispute request cancellation.

So then the will would refund the amount.

Very good service indeed from agent called Sorour (in Tehran). Highly recommend her as an agent. Responses from the rest of their team ( manly based in UK I think) was quite slow and erratic.

I am really thankful to all the support given by specially by Sorour during the whole process of organizing my trip and during its duration. As an experienced traveller of more than 70 countries, I can assure that I never found this level of hearted commitment to ensure that I had a pleasant experience during my whole trip. I am also happy that I had a chance to meet the team which are are a wonderful and joyful group. Altogether, Istquest eases to provide a unique experience visiting Iran considering the specific context that surrounds traveling to this country in the current context. Really recommended.

There are pros and cons working with 1stQuest on visa application. I will just describe the facts and leave you to determine if you want to work with them. I wish they could be more transparent and more proactively keep us informed on the progress. We need close updates since the arrangement of trips to other countries depends on if we are approved to enter Iran or not.
1. on Oct 18. We submitted the application and paid on their website. It's not guaranteed to get approval from Iran government but if approved, they promised to have it ready by Nov 6th.
2. on Oct 19. A staff contacted us for filling out an English version of application form. There are many detailed information requested.
3. on Oct 20. we sent the filled forms.
4. on Oct 21. The same staff asked us to sent a copy of Visa photo and first page of passport.
5. on Oct 22. we sent the photo and passport copies. Note: these copies were already uploaded on Oct 18 when booking the application on their website following the instruction.
6. on Nov 2 (two weeks from Oct 18) . the first time I heard from them since Oct 22 to ask for my father's name (which was written in the application form sent on Oct20). On Oct 30, I did followed up with them on the progress. they said it will take 2-7 business days.
7. on Nov 4, they sent me my VOA approval notice.
8. on Nov 9, I requested for the status of my husband's visa application. They said since we are not entering Iran soon, the visa will be ready before then. (Remember they promised Nov 6 when we submitted the application on Oct 18). Also, we need time to arrange our trips to other countries prior to Iran, which depends on if we can visit Iran or not.
9. today on Nov 12, we are still waiting.

My suggestion is to apply early and arrange your trip in a way that other trip itinerary and schedule are not pending on the approval of Iran visa. Also, on the visa application form, put two weeks lead time for the date of entering Iran so 1stquest will handle it earlier. The visa is good for single entry within 3 months period from the issuance date for my case.

It is a very convenient website for foreigners travelling to iran , everything is available to book , hotels, domestic flights, airport transfers, customer service is very good, especially Miss Mahsa , very prompt in answering all questions

Even though we were not planning much in advance, except flight tickets, 1stQuest helped us to adapt on fly. Easy and convenient!

frst i thought it is impossible to buy domestic flights in iran. and up until reaching the airport i waz thinking this might be a scam. but no. You can pay and fly in iran huge thanks. And their customer care is amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️
