Data Breach and POOOR Monitoring Service

1st off, If you bank here, EXPECT HIGH MTHLY SERVICE CHARGES AND ATM FEES. But More importantly, YOUR NAME, DL#, SS# and D.O.B is not protected. I stopped having my household banking transactions from this bank. TOOO JURASSIC PARK! this was back in 2021 So far behind on technology, just a headache to do mobile banking, Nothing was easy, Always had to go inside a branch. So I just used it as a deposit account. June 2023 I guess their poor tech caught up to them at the cost of suffering to all of their account holders who were listed in a "Particular File" they had internally. What's the remedy for the breach of your information? .. SIGN UP FOR KROLL MONITORING FREE SERVICE.
I went to "Take advantage of the Free Offer" as the Kroll Rep kept reiterating to me "FREE" just for You... Only to be told "You are already Activated, However you were unable to pass the verification process". What? How? I haven't even initiated the sign up yet? That is strange.. So I go to the site and enroll my husband.. NEVER SEEN THESE SCREENS BEFORE, HAVE NEVER BEEN PRESENTED WITH THE VERIFICATION QUESTIONS AS THE SITE RENDERED... What the?... So I call back. The KROLL REP gave me 877-584-0449- "This is so you can complete verification since you can't remember the password you used when you signed up"... UHHH DUHHHH .. Did you just listen to my Concern?.. I'm alarmed because I"VE NEVER INITIATED A SIGN UP so How will I have a password?.. Meanwhile.. The 877Verification number he gave me .. I've been on hold now for 40 mins and 52 secs and Counting... Waiting so long for verification dept to pick up, I called on another phone to see if I can get someone there... that phone is now clocking 15 min 6sec hold time. SOOOOOOO BREACH MY BANK ACCOUNT and DUBIOUS MONITORING PROGRAM THAT OFFERS POOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank You 1st Source.. HOw about MAKE THIS NOT A SOURCE FOR YOUR BANKING NEEDS.. Beware!!!!!! If you do have to report an incident because your data was not protected by this bank.. GOOD LUCK Getting someone to answer the line. 1st Source hired a company who does not think a letter telling you ALLLLLL YOUR personal identifiable information is floating around Cyber world seriously or alarming!
