A crook; run away from it

A crook, using every trick in the book:
- proposing a repair at a cheap price, then 'discovering' every disaster waiting to happen, and the price then skyrockets
- with the foot-in-the-door, looking for every other flaw to be repaired, overpriced as well
- using every lame excuse NOT to deliver an invoice (promises every day for the next day, then alleged accident, then too busy, etc.)
- incidentally, not up-to-date neither with Companies House
- We are dreading to see what will happen if having to use the warranty

1 month after having roof replaced we…

1 month after having roof replaced we had to have it redone by a different company. Roof was still letting in water in several places! 24/7 agreed to refund our money. 6 months later we are still waiting for the balance to be paid! Solicitors instructed
