I ordered the blind for GGL MK04 Velux window and was sent the wrong parts. I spoke to an advisor (even provided photos of the issue) and was told I would be sent a link to return the product. I also then had to incur the extra charge which I was not informed of. The item was received by 247blinds days ago and yet I’ve still received no confirmation or a refund as yet.

look great once installed...does ideally need 2 people while fitting screws. Slightly unclear fitting instructions around checking cord placement when fitting rails....but once you do one and figure it out, is easy.
