This is my third order from this company and each time, at least one blind was not even at the bottom, but the latest one is unacceptable and i am not putting up with any more. This one is at least 2 inches slide on a window only 2 foot wide so its very noticeable. It's not my job to play with the cords to get it level, that's what i paid 24/7 blinds to do
Blind had a dent in heading rail which I got in touch with 247 blinds about and it was refunded to me as we agreed to be a solution rather than having to pack up and return .
