In all we ordered four blinds from 247 Blinds. The first to test the rail and standard and colour of vanes. We considered the product was good, but we did change the vanes on orders 2,3 and 4 to a slightly lighter version. We purchased the deluxe rail. Unfortunately, the largest rail (3630 long) came with a fault in that the holder for the rod was broken. We did not notice this until we came to the final stage. Would recommend thoroughly checking before fitting. A new rail was sent but this also had a fault in that one of the runners that holds the vane had not been fitted correctly and it was jammed. Result a third replacement arrived but this too was wrong. It was the standard version rather than the deluxe. Accepted this even though this is definitely an inferior product. We wanted to end this small project. Waiting for a refund of the cost. The deluxe rail is worth the extra cost. One tip for fitting the chain. Don’t push it on but slide it on from the top. Easy! Company easy to deal with all by e mail but manufacturer and supplier appear to be different.
