Quality product - previously used 247 Courier lost my blind in transit and 247 expedited a replacement - great service
The blinds look good and were easy to put up. 1 vane had a slight flaw but after sending an email a new vane arrived within a couple of weeks.

Absolutely a joke came to small to be told they would be replaced and then to be told I would have to repurchase as it wasn’t being replaced
