We ordered vertical blinds. We were impressed with delivery time, and quality of blinds, however, had they taken a little more time, they may have remembered to include the weights and chains. Rang customer service to advise, no apology offered but where sent straight away and received within a few days. Perhaps they should give lessons in customer service and quality check orders before dispatch.
