Colour good. Blind neat. Delivery timely. Well packaged. Fabric seems sturdy. Not so keen on the bottom rod being loose. Something to hold it in place (e.g. a few stitches at the sides so that the rod dropped partially into a pocket would be helpful.

The blinds were made up exactly to specification and delivered with the relevant fittings and instructions in the timescale notified when the order was placed. A good quality product and good value for money. My request for a longer cord was dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner and the new cord came with a reminder of the relevant child safety regulations and the appropriate safety attachment. Overall my experience of this company, on this and on a previous occasion, has been very positive.
