Pleasant Experience Customer Service Friendly
I contacted 24/7 curtains to request some samples and the customer service was very helpful and stated they would be dispatched the next day, to which they were. I received them just 2 days from my phone call. I also had some general questions incl tie-backs and the lady was very knowledgeable and professional and I felt a valued customer. Have ordered curtains to my new home throughout and will use 24/7 again if needed.

Great quality, easy to fit and good coms
Turn around took a while at first but the customer service is great.
Had an issue with the 1st lot recieved which was swiftly rectified due to a manufacturing error.
Overall I'm very satisfied with the blinds and the customer support. I do wish though that you could get blinds that are 2.4m wide off the website as we want more for our bedroom but can't get the wooden blinds we want in that size. Thanks guys 😊

Heavy curtains
