Brilliant customer service
We found this company online after train a local and National major curtain chains for quotes.
We initially had some doubts about how to measure the wave curtains and visited the factory where we were welcomed by the depot staff and took through to a meeting room where a lady helped us with our measurements and took our order
When the curtains arrived there was a slight mark on one panel and we rang and again found great customer service with a very understanding staff member who has resolved our issue.

The team at 247 blinds are fantastic, I had an issue with a blind 2 years after I purchased them, sorted under warranty. they say they have a 5 year warranty and that was honoured without question.

I am very pleased with the curtains
I am very pleased with the curtains, they are well made and fit well so thank you. However, I was not very impressed with the packaging of these curtains. They came in a battered cardboard box which was delivered on the day I requested but the box was left outside our electric gates by the driver. Had it been raining the curtains would have got soaked and as I am 80 years old I was unable to carry the box in and had to get help. It was a good order of 4 pairs of curtains all different sizes and I would have appreciated each pair in a polythene bag with a note about the size of each pair. I hope if I do order curtains from you in the future the packaging will have improved.

Very impressed with the lengthy call with Connor who dealt with the issues we were having with the controls and setup of the blind. Connor was polite, knowledgeable and resourceful which along with his ‘can do’ attitude resolved the issues that we were experiencing.
