Very swift response from suppliers via this site, but unfortunately the number that 247spares give you to contact the suppliers back so that you can sort out purchase doesn`t work
Out of six responses all six numbers weren`t recognized, fortunately one of the suppliers rang us so we were able to sort a deal out
I tried to ring 247spares to tell them but just sat in a Que for ages running up a phone bill despite the recording saying I was next in line
Shame as it was a good start

Once I had completed my request, I received an email confirmation with log in details. I was really impressed with the amount of choice and quotes that I received within a day. It was all really easy to use. Great Web-site.

I have ordered a spare part for my car with 24/7 and I am very pleased of the many replies from their suppliers, however I was unlucky to pick one supplier that didn't fulfil the agreed prompt delivery. I even paid an extra amount so that my order would be delivered to me on the agreed date. The result is that I spend a fortune for two days for paying a taxi in going to my work. I received my order anyway and I am happy with it as it is the correct part that I need. That is why I gave only 4 stars in my survey.

the set up was easy and the response was very fast. i had six quotes within twenty minutes of registering, but at 2:30 in the afternoon "our lines are now closed please phone back during normal working hours of 9am to 5pm". having spent twenty minutes trying to contact suppliers on the 0703471 numbers (only getting the message above) i phoned the number at the top right of the website. i was put through to a "parts" line and was electronicaly informed that i was 5th in line to be answered. i held until i was 1st in line to be answered half an hour later (one hour after i started the call) 247 disconnected.
OVERALL....LOOKS GOOD BUT DISSAPOINTS

The majority of responses were for used components and not new ones as I had expected. The majority replied within the hour and the site is a good starting point when time is critical. Very satisfactory.

I received 4 quotes for the spare I rquired. Selected a supplier and contacted them, paid for the part and awaited delivery. Then I had a phone caqll from the supplier explaining that the part was too badly damaged to sell. Payment already refunded. Great service though it didn't result in a sale. Will certainly use again and recommend. Thanks

It's very good to know that when you need a part for your car, there is an organisation that will disseminate your request widely, ensuring that you get quotes in very quickly and can compare them, used or new, price and warranty. I have found 247spares very useful

I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending 247spares. They offer good value quotes and have always provided excellent delivery time.

Would use again as the quotes came through from various places - all with an answer to my major problem, although at different prices (to be expected!)
