They charge you for text messages they send to you. Do not ring the number that they email to you, number looks like a mobile number but they charge. It costed me £9 for about 4 min phone call. There was no warning. On top of all that, the supplier couldn’t tell me if the part will fit my car or not. Avoid. They are scammers!

entered my details then got quote of what i was after i ordered it but received nothing ,opened dispute with 24/7 spares heard nothing ,emailed them still not heard of them ,so maybe if you get your ordered items all good but if you need them forget it,if they get in touch with me i'll update this in there favor but until then avoid

I went through your company to get a secondhand abs module for my jaguar x type and Altham car recycling was in my price range ordered pump got it changed but didn't repair fault so had to put car back into jaguar for another diagnostic and same fault came up so basically I'm out of pocket £280 as believe it or not I got another module from a breaking jaguar for £20 and it cured fault I'm outwith the 3 month warranty as I am disabled and don't work so couldn't afford to put car back to jaguar in time to find fault so was sent faulty part bang out of order as I found out you just need to connect module plug to running engine and if your abs light goes out module is OK takes 5 min to check you think company would know that very angry of at fact had to put car in for diag twice and get new pump and pay to have it changed again

24/7 responded fast with a quotation - this is very impressive! I would say this is their strength,

However, I did receive a text from 24/7 saying text message update is free, which I obliged. I was warned by my colleague to opt out and guess what, it cost me circa £2 for the text message to opt out. I would say this was a day light robbery; and I feel for those who ended up calling the 0703 471 5376 without knowing!

The best way to deal with 24/7 is to obtain the details of the supplier who quoted for the part (you can google for their details) and deal with them directly.

NEVER EVER CALL 24/7 OR USE TEXT MESSAGE FOR SPARE QUOTATIONS. THE SAFEST WAY IS BY EMAIL.

Why does 24/7 NOT spelt it out clearly that calling them by using 0703 471 5376 will incur a premium rate? I am sure they know why!

Got caught out with their 0703 number, same as all the others. Surprised they can get away with it. RIP OFF MERCHANTS.....BEWARE!!!

Hopefully you are reading the reviews about 247 Spares before you attempt to do business with 247 Spares. If your reading this after attempting to do business you are probably £15 out of pocket already. The system is set up to ensure you call the 0703 number this is a premium number £2 a min. I am not sure if the scrap dealer providing the goods is aware of 247 spares antics but I would recommend that they also cease doing business via this site. Trading standards should get involved as this is a racket.
If you have not commenced any trade with 247 spares keep it that way.

Raised an dispute with 247spares over an issue with one of there clients, they dont seem to bother with dealing with the issue and now i am £84.00 down and whatever they charge in phone calls.
BAD NEWS PEOPLE !!!

Avoid! I called their number starting with 0703 twice. There was no answer at all. Now I can see in my mobile tel statement I have been charged £1.92 (two times) for those useless not-answered calls!!!!

Terrible. I left a request on a site whereby companies contact you if they have the part.....these jokers sent me three emails with differing prices....they are just middlemen and nothing more....
first....their phone manor leaves a lot to be desired...certainly don't seem interested and don't know what they are talking about...
when I phone them I was put through to a guy, I wont name him, who didnt have a clue....so he asked for a photo which I sent....I left it with him for 24hrs....I phoned back, he was 'at lunch' and 'would phone back'....couple of hours later I phoned them back to be told he had 'just tried to phone me and the part wasn't the right one'...well....the part wasn't the right one, fair enough....but phone me....I don't think so, no record on my phone, no call, no message, surely he would have just left a message...
basically their attitude is rubbish, they lie and are clearly not interested....use the, up to you...personally I would rather stick my head in a lions mouth...absolutely atrocious...

Once you got subscription you are in big trouble
Unworthy to call and make any search for car parts through this company

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. CONTACTED WITH A PART ,ORDERED AND GAVE CARD DETAILS AND WAITED FOR PART. CONTACTED SUPPLIERS AFTER A WEEK TO BE TOL PART NOT AVAILABLE AND NO MONEY TAKEN.THIS IS CRAP AND I HAD CALLED TO CHASE UP TWICE PREVIOUSLY AND BEEN TOLD PART WAS ON WAY!!! WHEN I CHALLENGE THE SUPPLIER,I GET VERBAL ABUSE AND VERBAL ABUSE!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE AND AM TAKING LEGAL ADVICE WITH A VIEW TO ACTION

Please please take my advice and never use these people, the service is awful, the parts I purchased are too bad to even use, this website is a total con, 24/7 Spares should avoided at all costs, who ever is behind this company is a rogue trader.

Have bought lots of things from this network of suppliers and have always been pleased.

What an amazing service. I ordered 2 headrests for my car (I'd stupidly thrown the originals out!) at 3.39 yesterday, Monday, and I have just received them at 10.30 today, Tuesday. Fabulous. The staff at the warehouse were superb too, helpful and cheery. Many, many thanks. J Brown

Quoted for gearbox. Then rang supplier direct to conform fitment and collection time. Rang 3 days to get collection time but kept being told by a Asian man with broken English he will get back to me. On 4th day answered call and said someone had already collected the part and he thought it was me....buy he didn't bother calling to confirm with me! Such a waste of time!!
