End result from Laptop windows 11 files recovery

End result from them was a reinstallation of windows 11 with very few files recovered, all media files had no sound . Not what I expected for the 199.00, I ha omen gaming laptop which beeds the sound , 247 techies seems to only use windows edge which I never use . Currently approx. 75% of the laptop is unusable. Some desktop operation was even affected through the use of a flash drive. Positive - They did install Windows 11. Negatives - NO sound on my HP Omen Gaming laptop. In the process of them using a flash drive on my desktop to repair my laptop, I lost numerous files on my laptop. As a result will need to take both to repair shop . If there were negative stars this outfit would deserve one .

A very annoying tech problem

I had a niggling really annoying problem with my gmail/outlook interface. It crops up after Windows updates and is a total pain. Nathan provided a very excellent service and worked solidly for nearly 3 hours to resolve the problem. Very professional, polite and persistent and hard working. Excellent excellent service and highly recommended. Thank you Nathan
