Excellent company and customer service. You have to call this team if in need. I was stuck at a service station late last night after being let down by another breakdown company. I spoke to an informative, patient and brilliant gentleman on the phone. He arranged for a speedy response from an engineer in double quick time who was also an absolute professional. Fitter arrived 1 hour after stated…
Fitter arrived 1 hour after stated time.
Didn't even take the wheel or tyre off to examine the puncture, just said it can't be fixed that's £80 call our charge please.
Fitter then suggested I call the office to see if they could do me a deal on a new tyre and not charge me for another call out.
I was offered a budget tyre for £290, I can get premium tyres for that amount.
Will be staying clear of fastback tyres.

ETA was 90 minutes to 2 hours, they arrived at 90 minutes on the dot, fitted the tire, and even reset the tire sensor on the dash. Friendly and efficient

I had a tyre blow out on the M40 tonight. After a dreadful experience with a recovery firm, Green Flag introduced me to Zack at Fast Track. What a lovely guy. Without going into lots of detail, he guided me to a point, off motorway, where I could helped. Sorted out the right tyre, sent a,one a lovely guy to replace the tyre, check the wheel thoroughly and I was on my way. Thank you Zack and team. Highly recommended.

Quick and Efficient
This company is well stocked, gives good advice (tyres are a nightmare to source), and their mobile service is second to none. I called them out today Sunday, they were here within the hour and fitted the wheel, balanced, and up running in 15 minutes. They keep all their promises. Would recommend and use again.

Fast Track to the rescue
I had a blowout yesterday evening and managed to get home safely.
Unfortunately the wheel was stuck fast and I was unable to change this myself. I made a call to Fast Track Tyres who came out to my home in under 2 hours. Excellent customer service from Marek.

having been let down by etyres - who outsourced to Halfords who apparently didn't get information from Etyres I called Fast Track at 12pm by 2.30pm my new tyre was fitted. Very friendly lady who took all the information no the phone and lovely man who fitted the tire I am a very happy customer.

On the afternoon of Wednesday July the 13 I got a flat tyre. Couldn’t contact Green Flag and they had computer shot down so I get in touch with Fastrack tyre. All the staff from call handler to the mechanic were very professional and good. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic, reliable service
Third time (!) I have used them due to picking up a nail. They are consistently fantastic in terms of picking up phone at all times of the day, being very clear around when they are going to turn up and service staff being super polite and friendly. May well not be the cheapest but you really do get what you pay for.
