Rui was quick, friendly and very helpful. Had a screw go through the tyre on the M25. Was recovered to South Mimms Services. After waiting numerous hours for another recovery, they told us the tyre was not repairable. But after contacting Fastrack Tyres we were given a quote. Rui called with estimated arrival time, tyre changed, with thorough checks all round and other tyre pressures checked as well as we were loaded with three bikes as well. Thank you Rui for getting us back on the road again.

Service was great and fitter was both very polite and helpful. Price quoted on phone different from one suggested on side of road. He called office and all sorted. Can’t fault and got me out of trouble. Would use again without hesitation

Ford SMax had a blowout on M25 08:00 am. Fastrack came within 90 minutes and fixed in 20mins. Price very reasonable in the circumstances. Would recommend and use again. Thanks guys!

Great service. Had the tyre I needed in stock. Zak was great on the phone, quick and easy experience, clear pricing and options. Charlie (?) mechanic, came within the hour as promised and managed to find me in a very busy service station. Very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant man. Watched him work, did a really good job, including balancing the wheel. Custom fitted vehicles, specifically designed for tyre replacement. Drove home 150 miles on new tyre - perfect! Got a callback to check everything was OK and to let me know that although I had incorrectly ordered the wrong tyre they had checked and fitted the correct one which was more expensive that the one quoted but no charge for the upgrade (£40) which was most kind and appreciated. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, which in my experience was a fast, professional, easy fix to an unwelcome problem on a long late Friday commute home. Thanks guys! Highly recommend.

As soon as I rang Fast Track they were able to provide service within 30mins for Reviewing the condition of the tyre
( there was a nail in my tyre causing the leak) and then fixing on a new tyre there and then. Rui, the tyre mechanic, was polite, thorough, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem: I am very pleased with the quality of service. Thank you .

Hui (I hope I spelled it correctly!) was incredibly helpful. Before getting to me, he updated me on his whereabouts so I’d know when to expect him. He changed the wheel in the blink of an eye and was super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible service. I called them as I had a flat in west london. Kam talked me through finding the tyre information then the technician Steve was with me in 10 mins. Both of them couldn’t have been nicer. Price was a v reasonable £50 + cost of new tyre. They had exactly the tyre I needed in stock. From initial call to being back on the road was 45 mins. Amazing.

A great service, they came within the agreed timeframe and had my old tyre off and new tyre on in no time. The technician really knew his stuff and was happy to explain what he was doing say every step. I thought that the price was reasonable too.

Had a tyre blow out on my wife's car today, and after looking at all the usual companies decided to give these guys a call. the chap on the phone was brilliant and very helpful, he told me that the service and tyre might cost a bit more because we were further away, but that they could get to us in an hour.
Marek arrived on time, and was extremely friendly and Knowledgeable, he had a fight to remove the shredded tyre from the wheel, but was very professional and saved our bacon. Marek deserves a star, and the company deserve the business, if i ever need a tyre, i will only use them!!

I couldn't be more impressed by the service I received from Fastrack Tyres today. I had a flat tyre and my usual garage could only get me in in 3 days time - I need my car for work so needed a quick solution. I called Fastrack Tyres at 4:15pm, they took a few details and told me they would be with me by 6:30pm - great. I then had a call 15 minutes later to say they were on their way! It was less than 2 hours from the moment I made the call to the job being completed - all with professionalism, a friendly approach, and extremely reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fastrack Tyres - a 5 star service!

MAREK is an unsung hero. He was called out by RAC while I was stranded on a Saturday night in Battersea Park with only an hour til they closed the gates.

He was more than happy to take the time to teach me about what to do and how my car works more as well as give me the best tips on what to have in my car for future breakdowns.
