The technician ended up deactivating the security plugin by my host and said not to use it because it blocks js, messes up cache, and is incompatible or corrupt... to my WooCommerce checkout cart issue on my site, and he said not to talk to my host about it! He deactivated both plugins by my host to "fix" my issue...which left my site vulnerable the entire day, and caused me to spend all day trying to find a replacement. That evening I talked to my host, and found out the plugins work fine with the checkout cart, and the real fix was easy front-end solutions of turning js compression off for the one plugin, and NOTHING AT ALL for the security one. There was no reason at all to deactivate the security plugin! I received an email for money back guarantee from them. I explained that I want my money back and all the issues. Also, my mistake was that I called woohelpdesk.com thinking they were affiliated with WooCommerce, for help, and ended up with a technician from 24x7 wp support, and emails from them with another business name in their invoice, grow your brand llc, which was all very confusing. I was also sent an email about their money back guarantee. It said to request money back from lina at their email address. So, I did. But, I looked on the site today and it says to fill out the form on the site to request it, or to billing directly. I sent another request for a refund this morning. I got a very curt phone call a little bit ago telling me I would receive my refund in 24 hours. The technician was difficult to talk to and very impatient and unfriendly. I don't have confidence or trust with this site or technician, who was reluctant to tell me what the issues really were, and made things seem good, when they were actually worse! The help I got from my host was free, and that fixed everything, it was an easy fix, front end stuff. Lesson learned.

Update: I received the requested refund today (tuesday after the incident), they sent three emails about the refund. And they didn't reply to my request to remove all my information from their site, and that I never want to do business with them again. The refund is good. BUT, they absolutely ruined my website by creating backdoor access for themselves in my hosting account, (the host helped me find it and delete it), and by inserting hidden codes and malicious code into my site. So, a refund doesn't change what they have done, which is nothing short of criminal. I worked two years to get my site where it was, and I was just getting my first customers. They have three company names they go by: woohelpdesk, 24x7wpsupport, and growyourbrand. BEWARE, they are not what they claim to be. They cost me thousands of dollars of work and lost time from last wednesday to today, tuesday. And so much more money, loss, and strees in the work I lost from the last two years, and the work I will have to do to recover. It. is. devastating. Just before the holidays, my site was unsalvagable due to the 24x7wp support "technician" called Kevin invading and corrupting my site. DON'T TRUST THEM.

My support person educated me on how to jump over the hurdles. I was very appreciative for the work he did for me. Please give him a raise!

I wish I could give them zero stars. do not trust them they are scam artists. They ruined our website and we lost thousands of dollars worth in orders. Refused to take any responsibility and blocked me out of my account. Then after giving them our Wordpress password we got hacked, our entire site is down. PLEASE STAY AWAY. THESE ARE FAKE REVIEWS.

I found Kevin to be very conscientious in making sure my website was up and running well. He has been very patient in explaining what I need to do and what would be best for my website. He never pressured me but did explain to me the importance of each step of building my new website as well as to keep it protected. All this was very key as I know very little about these matters.
