Reliable partner with great value bikes
Great partner. We work with Fatih & team for several years now, they have a fantastic selection of bikes of a superb price/quality ratio. What is even more important, if anything rarely happens with their bike, they do not shy away from taking responsibility and solving the situation.

Poor after sale service
Bought 3 bikes. After sale service does not match pre sale conditions. Trying to sort out faults on bikes, they drop calls and refuse to assist. We were told we have 3 months guarantee.
I would NOT recommend them at all.
When bikes were delivered we were told they can pick up bikes at no charge if we experience problems. Bikes have gear fault and makes noise. The bikes were also not "cheap" The amount we paid over to them.
