They give the wrong key, then after that they are mad
They provided the wrong key: i wanted a key for the PC variant , but they provided for XBOX and not telling. I wanted to activate it on Microsoft store( for pc version) , but i could activated it on microsoft site rezulting that the key was for XBOX only. After more and more e-mails, they said that it was indeed for XBOX and now they say that i was announced in the begining.FALSE.
They flaged the previous review because they do not like the truth but i have proof.
Do not buy from them, they do not state in clear for what is the key they are selling.

Next time do not promote your product on comparison sites that is compatible with xbox/pc, and on your website compatible with pc .

support email isn't getting through. keeps saying theres a missing or incorrect parameter when i try to reveal the key. i checked my computer and there's nothing wrong with it. i spent over 60 bucks and need a refund, but like i said, the support line isn't working. tried emailing but it said the support address isn't found- and i did type it in correctly.
Edit: Thanks for the response- very weird that my emails haven't been getting through! I'm sure the support ticket wasn't created because none of my emails got through. also, when i tried to open the support page on the website it would give me an error screen. hope this problem gets resolved for anyone else having the same problem. I'll raise the review for the quick response.
