And then i got randomly banned for no bloody reason and they dont bloody respond to my bloody ban appeal. They just fundamentally do not care. There is a script that they work from. If your problem isn't on that script. It must not exist.

A shame that a company can live on in-game buys of young adult and children. They should be ashamed of their ethics as a company.

Got banned for buying MT which I didnt do. Ban note said if you think this is in error contact customer support. Sent ticket asking about the ban and how do I get it looked at and even how long it is. Got a cut and paste reply from the agent, so replied asking for answers and was told the same cut and paste, so I asked for it to be escalated and asked how do I get it looked at if its an error 8 hours later still no response. Worst service ever, seems they have people on customer service who have no idea

The support team is down right awful I waited 3 hours talking to this dude Luis F. I recently deleted the game because it is pure garbage, with deleting the game all my custom shoes and tattoos where gone. Luis told me to send proof that my shoes had left my account, I sent the video he asked for, BRO JUST IGNORED ME FOR 5 HOURS STILL WAITING FOR A DAMN RESPONSE!

Company is very greedy and doesn’t care about its community. Banning people for breaking TOS when they constantly break their own. They then go on social media and slap their community in the face daily and act like a pissed off ex or something. Very immature group. Shameful to see how low this company is getting. I will never buy another 2k or related take two product again

This is game is absolutely terrible gets worse year on year my 7’0 build can’t make a 20% contested layup when he is on a dude 8 inches shorter than him every time i green a shot the bar goes to white they keep making these updates and they all suck takes 500k vc to max out a build this game genuinely sucks

I tried this company a few times but had bad experience; the second time after I paid for certain items, I got a call that they are unavailable and they will send the refund/ cash with the driver but I never received the money; I called the same lady and informed her but no action was taken; I am pretty sure the company won’t allow this, but also not checking all details is the Management’s job, so be careful.

Bro i put in a request and they fixed my issues within 15 minutes, y’all hate but 2k support go crazy. #2k23❤️

The support is the worst I've EVER experienced!
Couldn't get my DualSense Controller to work with Borderlands 3 and therefore contacted the support.
They replied pretty fast and asked me to send them a video.

A video. OF WHAT?! I mean I can't do ANYTHING in game, so what do you want me to capture in video?!

Tried to explain it 3 times, got a tutorial on "how to connect a controller to windows" as answer... Like, yeah it's not that I said that my controller is working fine otherwise. After that I tried to explain it AGAIN and the answer I got was "We have to much to do, we can't take a look at it at the moment. We will contact you later regarding this issue.".

3 days later they sent me a mail, that they will CLOSE my ticket, because I didn't answer. Like WHAT THE F***, seriously!

I reply and tell them, that they wanted to contact me, when they got "more time to solve my problem". Immediately I get an answer (from the same guy -> Anurag T.), saying i should send him a video of my problem.......

And the cycle starts from the beginning. And I haven't even explained all the negative things here.

CONCLUSION:
They will not read your mails. They will not try to understand your problem. They don't give a s**t.

A 2K physical game I ordered was delayed in delivery with no updates from the carrier and had been sitting in a depot for three days beyond the delivery date. The delivery company is well known for doing this (based on their own trustpilot reviews) and never updating the customer, supplier or tracking to say that there is a delay. When I was directed through the 2K site to their customer service app, Babka, run by Xsolla, the customer service rep advised they would contact a "2K specialist" to look into the delay and would email me with an update. After zero update from them 4 days later I got in contact again and received a copy and paste response saying the same thing and that they had not heard from the "specialist" yet. I contacted the carrier who advised me to contact the supplier again and request that the item be marked return to sender by them and a refund requested. I went back to xsolla and did so and after receiving yet another copy and paste of previous messages was told to submit a refund or return form. I then finally received an email only for them to completely ignore the content of my email and provide yet another copy and paste response saying they were awaiting the 2k specialist response. Despite pointing out they had completely ignored the content of my email and previous contacts they repeatedly sent me the same canned copy and paste reply. With zero update 10 days in from my first original contact, I ordered it elsewhere (and received it within 3 days). Then low and behold the Xsolla 2k one turned up, and quick as anything I get a message saying "we see your parcel has been delivered, we hope this helped". Funny how that 2K specialist never materialised. And maybe a case can be made that 2K aren't accountable for the Xzolla CS, except that the only way to deal with 2K is through Xsolla and they have picked an undeniably terrible carrier for delivery. Clearly Xsolla are scam artists trying to avoid a return or refund. And just before Christmas at a time when people are scrimping and saving every last penny to afford some kind of gift for kids at Christmas. Absolutely disgusting.

Why make the game worst every year it’s some you decide to make crazy like the animation are trash 2k17 actually was the best 2k u guys made where your player moves with how u move your controller which is more realistic like now the dribble moves don’t go with the controller your player does things your not tryna do !

Pre order pga 2k23 and pay for it doesn’t even come. Game was released today I could have just bought it in the shop. What’s the point of pre order? Order off 2k website then xsolla take the money then if you have a problem go through babks. Who the hell am I dealing with. This is like a shady deal with a scam company.

Well where should i start this isnt a good 3 star its a low 3 star ive been on 2k 'pause' since 2k10 and 2ks always had its ups and downs now ive been in myteam the park playnow online honestly love 2k its hoops but they have their DOWNS like i shoot with my meeter off set it off 1,000 times i shouldnt have to check all the time i dont play with it on so why does it just turn on sometimes if thats the case set all setting back to default but actually dont just follow my setting from the start. make it make sense with that being said when did players like Luka take off on 2 feet and dunk guys and then Tmac struggles same setting example Luka dunks jaylen brown ok then Tmac should as well like really thats what we doing then Ad cant hang with robert williams like stop we know AD. Im not going to forget the gameplay soemtimes when they just do some crazy and make the shot like they didnt even mean to like come on my biggest pet peeve is when everyone is the glove and unpluckable is not even real and runs in the game make players act weird like give us a momentum meter and let us know whats going on adv or disadv because guys start acting like WHATS basketball IQ like oh because lebron dunked Dame as hes supposed to Jermai Grant cant finish a layup or dennis Schro like lets not forget that 2k you ruin the game when players who arent on the top 75 list like gallonari out bounds Bam and dunks Bam who is that gallorani if he was doing that, the nicks team he was on matter of fact every team hed play for theyd be champs but Galls a shooter he can dunk yes and dunk a few guys in the league but to do that off a rebound and off vert like that requires some athleticism like that guys like Bam have now if it was like maybe game situation Gall out of nowhere but no he just moved Bam out jumped him and grabbed it like nah this is playnow not myteam i understand myteams supposed to be unrealistic but the park like badges i get but its like this 6'5 guard is locking up a 6'9 big thats 4 inches in height and not to mention the wingspan comes into effect like nah i get create a player but think about it is demar derozen stopping giannis antetokunmpo i dont think so and so many more problems like my, myleauge keeps loading back into game 2 when ive been played that game i was up 2-0 never been up 2-0 on my brother and then guys run away from they man leave open shots why

This company is terrible! They steal money from their costumers then send you to an email costumer service center only avaliable through email that solves nothing. Pre ordered 2k23 and have gotten none of the pre order bonuses including NBA league pass 12 month subscription. After 2k13 these games have gone downhill from them and that game isn't even that good.
