It feels like 2k stopped caring about there games they know people are going to buy it regardless I used to love 2k me, my boys, my cousins used to hold 2k events and now it's so glichy who would have thought every year before would be better than the year afters game you were going in the right direction then just stopped caring. The My Career you no longer can play offline which kinda sucks when you move alot and you have to wait days to play my career. Very upsetting. I hope they do start really trying to get the game back on track. I still play but my friends and cousins all left to go play Madden, and Fortnite. Come on Ronnie let's get back to the old vibes! You still could manage to make your money off the PGA game, or any other games you might be associated with but one game at a time I feel like your investing in all the great games coming out but they all come out around the same time which make it hard to just focus on the ones that are bringing in the most money much love to the 2k family and Ronnie himself let's make basketball great again 😂 nah I'm tripping on that but let's go boiiiiiiiiis I trust the process 💪

Their games are horrible and their employees are even worse. You can tell the intentionally code AI to just fail you even if you’ve clearly beaten the game. This happens from their games like nba 2k all the way to GTA online. They are a lazy company that would rather sell their very highly priced “micro” transactions rather than invest in a quality product. They have continuously display a standard of low morals and principles on a daily basis. They often call their own customers liars when the cars and weapons they invested their hard time in disappear. If you doubt anything I’m saying is true google this company and you can find thousands of results all saying the same thing as me. It seems like they often steal their own content back from gamers (sometimes purchased with virtual currency they bought with real money). This company just exhibits disgusting behavior from the way executives treat employees, all the way to the manner in which those employees treat their customers. This company is spiraling into a whirlpool of sheer corporate greed with the minimum amount of capital or manual input as possible. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced when dealing with a company.

2K should just stop making games. Gets worse every year now. Need to stop making badges a priority and make players foul when spamming square. And take off the curry slide dribble. I thought stuff got better instead of declining from year to year. Your developers shouldn't have a job anymore. I am not buying 2k anymore until it gets better.

The problem with the last 3 NBA games AT LEAST, is the fact that they are all broken. Every release now just looks like it was put together to take more money off of the consumer rather than giving them the enjoyable experience they were promised when buying the game. Evidence for this comes within the first few plays of MyCareer.

Also, do each of the skill ratings even matter? I have a 98 overall, 3-point shot and I cant make open three's, infact I miss most? Want to do any online gaming? better have 1GB internet because 2K servers don't allow a stable connection if not. 60mb download and I struggle to play a smooth multiplayer match.

This game is so god damn terrible, from missing WIDE OPEN mid range shots with an 89 mid range, to missing WIDE OPEN layups. The connection cuts out half the time as well. This game is horrible and it’s disgusting that this is the product they make us wait for. Disgraceful.

Would give 0 stars the absolute worst customer support ever, I’d rather be Vice President to Donald Trump then ask this company for help again. Have to wait 2 weeks because they thought I was glitching the game but really I have a faulty system and they can’t appeal my request.

This game is totally different from past experiences. Complete trash gameplay wise compared to the earlier versions. Whoever is on the team to make up the gameplay and functionality of the game needs to be fired, end of story. Y’all will continue to loose followers and players.

I play hall of fame,average 44 ppg 9 apg for OKC.This the worse 2k in over a year decade. My teammates will not make a shot,the game is just a bunch of guys shooting and missing 3s.Damn,this game is so different in terms of being fun.its like a real job playing this.Ima wait for the next 2k

This game is complete and utter ass, do not buy I don’t usual make reviews but I had to on this game it’s so garbage is honestly sad I want to kill myself after playing this game. I’m trying to do a daily challenge and you have to get a ally-op and it’s literally impossible when I try to cut to the hoop the person guarding me goes in to like O-line mode and just makes it so u can’t move. Oh and my CPU teammates are basically mentally disabled they wait till your under the hoop then just randomly throw the ball up. THIS GAME IS F ASS PLZ DONT BUY IT IM BEING SERIOUS. If you buy this game you will regret it, it’s impossible to win unless you no life the game and play 6+ hours a day. The game has so many sweats they just sit on the 2s courts for hours on end with being 99 overall and just try to get their REP up it’s honestly sad because you can tell they have no friends outside of video games

Honestly, I don’t understand why 2k is still publishing games at this point. 2k should just stop making games all together. NBA 2k20 sucks. NBA 2k21 (a literal copy of 2k20) sucks. The player rating system on it sucks. Games are over animated. Servers are just horrendous. When you win a game online in my career, your rating barely moves. But when you lose or quit a game, your rating drops by 1000%. Like what the F is that. That doesn’t make any game enjoyable. 2k is a garbage company and ronnie2k is a garbage developer. Thanks for stealing everyone’s money, jerks.

One of the worst sports video games you will ever play. Once you turn difficulty above pro it is next to impossible to make a shot. Took 3 days to get all my add-ons from the mamba edition, which is not worth it at all. Save your money and buy something else this game sucks.

I don’t understand why these guys don’t just fix the few bugs in order to keep offline and online customers happy. Years ago I said nba live will not survive with their lack of improvements, funny enough years later it is the same with 2k. If nba live (EA) were smart they would master the offline modes and sweep up that market from under 2k’s nose. 2k21 needs so much fixing the list would run on. Just read the reviews and steal ideas for free. Fix the coaching, new faces or new guys I.e mark Jackson svg or Jvg. Teams that win chips have trophy in the menu screen or in the team history, rings and/or ring design, have the banners stay with the team in the arena throughout relocation or the duration of the my league or my career. Fix the contracts. Lonzo ball isn’t worth 30mill a season or doesn’t deserve to be a FA because no team can afford it. Make use of the GLeague. “If you’re going to do something, do it better than How you found it”

If I could give ZERO stars here, I would. The plan with all of these yearly sports titles is to minimize innovation thus minimizing yearly spending & maximizing profits. It’s extremely lazy & less than upstanding business practice.

DO NOT, Buy a game online and expect the download code anytime soon. The policy says it will take between 1-2 hours. This is not the case, and their system performance is wildly poor. I could of driven to the store, and just paid for it in person. came home, installed it and been well beyond concern about how my money was taken. My point is, If you intend to buy from this site. Understand that they will take your money instantly, but make you wait hours, days, weeks, for what you paid for. I had discussed my concerns with a rep and he explained it takes 1-2 hours. i am, well beyond their window of opportunity. I paid for this online out of the concept of convenience. clearly that is not how they operate. They take your money from your bank account right away, but expect you to just wait (how ever long). while my day off has come and gone, they made money off of me. amazing marketing, the link i clicked on even said "Play Now". Talk about false advertisement.

You buy the game on sale, then after 5 months they decide to revoke your game and not refund, SCAM!

i got this game for free with ps plus. and holy shat it’s terrible. i made more shots with a 60 overall my player than i do with a 70 overall. if you want to be good at this game you have to pay hundreds of dollars. thank god i didn’t pay money to get this piece of shat

Take your money, no support. Top of the line home PC, fresh install and Parts of Borderlands 3 don’t work.

I wrote to, customer service, their social media channel, epic games, directly on twitter to 2ks COO and social media manager.

As a digital Marketing manager I’d be on it the same day. On their salaries, an intern would have replied in a few days for a few bucks more.

Did they? Nope

I got NO WHERE after two weeks of being very nice.

Will I be buying another game from them. No.

This customer service level is enviable by Stalin’s Gulags. That’s quite a feat.
