Having lessons with Wayne Laurence really helped to become a full licensed driver he kept me hard working and fully believed that i could get that pink license. He was a really nice person and an excellent instructor.

Stuart is the best driving instructor ever. I went from not wanting to drive to passing my test after 8 months. He is an absolute legend and would not be here is it weren’t for him. Gonna miss our weekly therapy sessions.

I had the best time learning with Royston Heath, he made my journey the absolute best and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor! He’s been so patient with me these past few months and I’ve enjoyed learning with him! I would highly recommend the driving school to anyone, but especially Royston! Great driving instructor took me on last minute to help me for my test

was a great experience i had gary as my instructor he was very motivating and taught me everything needed to pass my test. Each lesson was on time and the full amount, good driving school would recommend to anyone looking to pass their test.

Fantastic company! My son had been let down by a local instructor at the last minute. 2nd2NONE were very accomodating and managed to offer my son lessons with an immediate start. Having only 12 lessons with Lesley, he passed his test first time with only 2 minor faults. Very highly recommended

I have been an ADI with 2nd2None for a little over a year now having been taken through my Part 3 test by Glenn. Throughout the process of joining the team and getting ready for Part 3 Glenn, and the rest of the team, were never less than supportive and helpful.

I was challenged and guided at every step of the way to ensure that I was ready to deliver for my students and to pass the test. The learning was always delivered in a way that suited my learning style and I was given ownership of my own development which really helped me. Glenn ensured that I had a range of opportunities to sit with lessons and gave me a wide range of scenarios to work through to develop my skill set and to ensure that my approach was flexible enough to meet the needs of my clients.

I would not have passed my Part 3 or become the instructor I am now without the help, guidance and ongoing support I receive from the excellent team at 2nd2None!

James was my trainer for my part3 test. I leant more off James in the first session than I did within the 20 hours training given by my previous trainer.

I have been with 2nd2None as a PDI for a while now and the words I would use to describe the company are: supportive, reliable and friendly.
My trainer, Nathan Drewitt is an expert as what he does. He knows the job inside and out and is an exceptional coach.
Paul Meads, another ADI at the company has also been incredibly helpful and supportive, letting me sit in on his brilliant lessons to learn.
All the office staff, especially Holly, are always on hand to support in anyway they can.
The company has lots of opportunities to socialise with other driving instructors with regular meet ups so you can learn from others and connect.
Overall, this is a company that really cares about its employees and people.

Steve Elliott was an amazing driving instructor. He was so patient when I wanted to try things over and over again. He was really knowledgeable and gave me so many tips for dealing with certain situations. The lessons were always fun and relaxed which helps massively with nerves. I would definitely have not passed first time if it wasn’t for him and I will never forget how positive my learning experience was.

Incredible company, amazing team, great service!

I started driving with 2nd2none back early march with Lorraine. At first I wasn’t confident about being behind the wheel but as the lessons went on I started feeling more confident. Lorraine helped me over come my nerves and made me believe I can do it, and I did! I only had roughly 22 hours with 2nd2none which was very cheap for the hours they provided for me. I did have a couple of hours with Kevin and James about a year prior to my test who also helped me get the pass I needed. I want to thank all at 2nd2none especially Zoe at reception for making it quick and easy to book a lesson and test. Thank you all at 2nd2none you were amazing!

Couldn’t have asked for a better driving school! Took me on really quickly well informed days before my first lesson, Gary was brilliant down to earth and a good laugh made me feel comfortable from the start, no issues with lesson changes worked around my childcare, always made time to speak to my husband and children. I carried out my driving instructor course with 2nd2none, the 40hrs and the 20hrs part 3 package. All the instructors I was involved with were professional and extremely helpful and above friendly. I would recommend 2nd2none for any up and coming driving instructor. Thank you to all involved.

I First contacted 2nd2none when I was just interested in becoming a driving instructor, their approach was informative without pressure, I wasn't chased into signing into a franchise or anything like that, which other schools have done from the very first enquiry.
I booked two hours with my local trainer and got to ask him lots of questions about the job whilst he carried out an assessment drive with me.
I then had the opportunity to sit in the back of one of his lessons to get a feel for the job before committing any further.
I decided I liked the job and
after speaking to several schools I decided to take the plunge with 2nd2none and this was probably the best decision I've ever made.
My trainer Nathan Drewitt has been a rock throughout my training, I took a very indepedant approach to the first two of the three tests but he was still interested in how I was doing, we carried out some limited training for my part 2 test but no time was wasted in the short sessions I booked in, getting my driving upto a better standard.
Once I passed my part 2 Nathan tailored my 40 hours of one to one in car training to suit my learning style, it's this that sold me on the client centred learning that we should be practising as instructors from day one. (yes that's right everything was done face to face and not in group online sessions like other schools!).
The school then sponsored me as an approved trainee driving instructor helping me lease a tuition vehicle through them (this was personal preference I could supply my own suitable car). I began teaching and gaining further experience during my additional 20 hours of training, during this time I was fully supported by the amazing office team, providing me with as many pupils as I felt comfortable with and checking in regularly to ensure everything was going to plan.
These 20 hours were spent by Nathan assessing my teaching ability and style, helping me hone it to better meet clients needs and the criteria set out by the dvsa for the part 3 exam.
I passed after an additional 5 hours of training on my second attempt after missing a pass by just one point the first time.
So in a short space of time 2nd2none and Nathan managed to completely change my career from something technical but not particularly people focused to teaching / coaching, which is not something I ever thought I would be doing.
I also had the pleasure of another amazing ADI Paul Meads sitting in some of my lessons and me sitting in some of his to help me progress, it's the amazing people you meet that help you along the way.
Now I've passed the 3 exams will I be staying with 2nd2none?
Absolutely! I've had some problems on my journey and at one point I thought it was over, Holly one of the owners was 100% there for me as a person and got anything she could do to help done and sorted without fuss to keep me on target. You just don't get that level of support nowadays.
So for as long as 2nd2none keep supporting their instructors and more importantly their learners then I will support them.

Not all franchises are equal, some of them are 2nd2none.
