they charge double without your knowledge.

They are crooks, they stored my credit card information and tried to charge it, without my consent.

They are a big scam. Whatever they claim in their website is not accurate. They said no hidden fees but there is. I purchased $11 and they only credited me $7. when I called they said sorry there was a technical error. I am wondering why technical error is always in favor of the business owner not the costumer. This was the last penny I spend on these people.

This is the most dishonest company. They lie to the customer. They say that the do not round up the minutes but the do 2 minutes round up. All customers should be on the look out. The would start with the minutes but make sure that you remember where you stop. 2Yk is ver dishonest

Not honest people. They are idiots, rounding is 2 minutes not 1 minute. They deduct from you even if your call did not go through. I have emailed them before but got no reply from them. will use up my credit and disconnect with them. I think they pay people to give them 5 stars that they don’t deserve. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. REAP OFF!!!!

Their web site says 1 Minute Rounding but they round to 2 minute, also any time you call contact number, it deduct 2 minute regardless if you are not talking or ever hear ring back.
I called customer service several times, after talking to representative and manager each time they said we will file a claim and will call you but never call or give credit. only cause wasting my time.
I disconnect with this company and also because of same experience my family and friends did too.

Scam! Be aware to check your usage as they charge you for each call 2minutes even if you don't get connected or drop calls! I checked my usage after being with this company for almost a year when I realized even though I did not have many calls but my credits is being used! When 8 checked my minutes I found out that they charged me hundreds of minutes within last months for calls that were not even be connected( showing seconds of connections and charged 2 minutes for each try)
Called them and after discussing with representative and supervisor, they said I should file a claim and I will be informed within 1 hour whether they will credit me for minutes they charged me extra or They will give me 10 minutes for those hundreds of minutes they had charged me extra ,but I never get any call back nor any credit!!!
Stay away! I will no more stay with them and will switch to another company which might have higher rates but at least honest and have customer service!!!!
