Rude, Not Recognized as Licensed
The worst customer service I've received in a LONG time. Bella, the text outreach representative, is beyond rude and has no grasp of how to write in a professional manner. It's easy to download a grammar and spelling checker for SMS keyboards. Why would I put my cosmetic surgery in the hands of someone who cannot even eke out a correct sentence? And it doesn't cost anything to be polite and leave people alone when they ask you to! I asked her to, as a representative of 305 Plastic Surgery, leave me alone. She was absolutely nasty in return. I would never spend money with any business that employs people as unprofessional as she is.
I called to complain at the office. There is NO main office number. I was given the run-around by the receptionists working for some doctor, and by an intake clerk, AND by their answering service. Their chat help is even worse: They didn't even bother to help, though the icon showed that they were present in the chat.
When leaving a review with the BBB, I saw this:
On 01/31/2021 BBB confirmed that 305 Plastic Surgery Corp had not obtained a necessary license from Florida Department of Health.
Just… Wow. There are kinder, more professional people working for other plastic surgery clinics that are recognized as fully licensed, so I will be going ANYWHERE ELSE.
