I deposited around £300 in 2 hours. I played on stakes of 50 pence, £1 and £2.
4 bonuses which paid out around £20 acumulated.
Their games are crashing all the time, showing a message on the screen “internal error” and then taking you out of the game.
Whenever 2 scatters landed and the 3rd was on screen suddelny “internal error” appeared and took me out of the game.
It happened on all the games Eye of Horus, every single one was crashing.
I’ve been playing at tens of casinos but this one particularry is robbing the customers.
I complained about this issue and they said: do you have evidence, did you took screenshots?
Imagine a customer agent telling you this.

Honestly this site is a SCAM it’s a proven scam! I had pure luck on the live games and won maybe £700 over 5 days it took it all back plus more on slots! Slots I play elsewhere and win most of the time the same games same stake and I can honestly say that 32red is diabolical I think we will all read in a few years that it’s a proven scam website. I kept getting signed out 4 hours 1 hour. 3 hours randomly during game play. And since these have been happening the slots have absolutely rinsed me to the point I screen recorded a hours game play £50 deposits to a total of £350 in a hour. II have won 13k then had my account frozen to be told I need to verify myself which I did march last year. Now I've to hand in 3 months of bank statements and 3 months of proof of income and my verification from last year has now conveniently expired. I wouldn't have minded if I had to do this before I won the 13k but afterwards and to have my verification now expired today..This isn't a piddly little amount this is 13k and I won't be going away and I will take it further. I have screenshots of every chat conversation esp one when I was told to call your game care team who told me 32 red have given me the wrong information. wjy do you want full bank statements? do you really want to know what I buy on amazon or how much I spend in tesco etc.

I submitted the documents they asked for 5 days ago and after chatting to their chat host they basically don't know when I will be verified, well neither do I. I didnt give them my wage slips, I gave them my hmrc paye for the full annual year and of every single month, let's see how this proceeds.

Had my account frozen 11 days ago although a customer off 32 red for many years.
Re verified my account, on 17th off june passport, proof off wealth and source off funding
No response, no customer service just a chat bot who will pass you too on line chat who have no power too do anything
This is a shame as the old 32red were a great casino, till purchased by the kindred group.
The kindred group you should be ashamed but looking at reviews you dont care.

Don’t play with this casino it’s a scam at the beginning they accepted withdrawals on UK bank after Apple Pay top ups they asking impossible documents to provide they closed my account wit my money 104£ and didn’t even care to pay money for their costumers worst casino experience that I had. An update on the below, it has now been 55 days since my account was blocked. There has still been no resolution, disgusting service.

I don’t even know where to start—this company is absolutely awful, and my experience with them has been horrendous.

On 22nd April, I decided to create an account and deposited £100. I’ve never really had much luck with gambling until that night, when I turned £100 into £4,000. I withdrew £3,500, which successfully reached my bank account. However, I left £500 in my account to continue playing.

While I was mid-way through a Blackjack hand, I received a notification saying my account had been frozen due to requiring additional verification. At first, I was fine with this.

I reached out to the customer support team via live chat, but they were useless. They kept telling me that I would receive an email when further verification was needed. At this point, both deposits and withdrawals were blocked—and they still are.

I continued contacting live chat support, but they kept repeating the same response: to wait for the email. After 15 days, I finally received an email requesting the following documents:

Photo ID
Proof of address
Three months of payslips
Three months of bank statements

I submitted all of these documents and waited to hear back. A week later, I spoke to someone again who apologised for the delay and said my case had been moved to the top of the priority list. However, it has now been another three weeks, and my documents are still “being verified.” It is unbelievable that it takes this long to verify documents.

My account has now been blocked for 36 days with no progress, and honestly, it feels like they are not going to resolve it.

Please stay away from this company. As soon as you start winning, they freeze your account and take months to complete verification—even though I had already done verification before my account was set up.

Give it 0 stars if I could. Been playing on this site years. Never had any troubles. My account is fully verified with all documents provided. Withdrawn lots of times and never had an issue. Today o withdrew and it’s now on hold for checks for no reason at all. Been waiting 5 hours so far no update no nothing. Awful didn’t ask for checks when I was depositing tho did they. Just when I have some luck and withdraw my winnings. Disgusting and totally unfair. Avoid.
