The course is extremely well designed and you can benefit from it to prepare yourself for the final exam, my only recommendation is that please change the voice of the lectures

This is one of the cheaper pre-licensing courses you get. I know the cliche "you get what you pay for" almost always rings true, but whew, this is bad. Horrible UX, UI, and site programming. Clunky, no copying allowed (makes it impossible to copy/paste to notes). Online-proctoring is really invasive in terms of privacy. I understand the need to verify identity and such, but having to do a full 360º spin and show off the entire space is a bit much (also, basically giving the middle finger to anyone with an all-in-one PC with integrated webcam). The PDF download UI is horrible. I had to "yell" at them to fix the whole flow. Every PDF download would open in an existing tab. Since they have keyboard modifiers disabled, you can't control/command click to open in a new tab (can't right click obviously, either). So you download the PDF, then, because it opens in their integrated "course player," there are no browser navigation buttons (back/forward). Luckily, I'm on a MacBook which allows for two-finger gesture-based navigation, so I could go back, but guess what? Form resubmission ends the session and forces it to expire. So then you have to go back to the dashboard, open the course, again, and navigate to the point in the course where you were after re-authenticating. Oh, also, the PDF formatting is horrible. The questions in-course are so dull, non-engaging, and give literally zero examples of real-world RE practices. All just droning on about "section 1.58285 of _____ document states ______." If you can handle reading multiple 900-page PDFs, cool, but I'd look at Aceable's course before this going forward. Thought I'd save a bit because "all the online courses are the same," or so I thought. I was mistaken. Big oof.

The proctoring keeps it fair for everyone to be accountable to take the test on their own.
