This company has huge potential to be very popular but something isn’t right and they are letting themselves down .

I should have read the reviews before I ordered! I was familiar with this supplier from major gaming conventions and therefore trusted them.
I ordered a regularly available board game at the start of December, with a stated delivery time of 2 to 3 days.
After 10 days with no delivery, I contacted them and was told there was a delay due to an issue with stock at their overflow warehouse.
When I later checked Trustpilot, I noticed the same explanation had been given to other customers for over six months, which suggests ongoing internal issues rather than a one-off problem.
After waiting another week, I requested a refund, which they did process promptly.
Cannot recommend them, and will not be using them at future conventions.

I placed an order for a Christmas gift (for my 8 year old nephew from his grandparents), on 10th Dec. After not receiving any information re delivery, I contacted them on 12th Dec. They replied on 15th to say they were confident the gift would be despatched on 19th. Guess what, on 18th - they sent an email stating they were out of stock and there would be no delivery. Their reply stated there was a statement on their confirmation email about lead times, but there was not.
Yes they refunded (although I'm still out of pocket re the postage charge as they did not refund that). But that's not the point. This is such a bad way to run a business. A young boy will now not get the present he really wanted from his grandparents. Shame on you.
It seems I am not the only angry and disappointed person here - I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered an item on the 28th of November, it is now the 15th of December and my item still hasn't been dispatched! I'm getting really concerned now it won't arrive in time for Xmas! Upon contacting customer service was told there was "a stock issue at the warehouse"...i.e. no stock!?
I would avoid this company if you want your item to arrive in a timely manner.

Ordered ISS Vanguard. After a week and a half I'd heard nothing, so I thought I'd email and check. They responded within 24 hours to say that there's a long lead time and that they are very sure the item will be dispatched on the 20th November. It's now the 24th November, still no dispatch and customer service haven't responded to an email I sent to question it. Looking at other reviews, seems I'm not the only one dealing with the slow order times.
Update: dropping to 1 star, it is now 29th November. Ordered on the 11th. Any response from the company is simply "we're sure it'll be sent soon" with absolutely no ETA given. This may be the slowest company I've ever dealt with.
Update: 03/12/2025 - still no dispatch so have requested a refund. Website still shows a lead time of 7 - 10 days, even though they still can't give me any information whatsoever about when and if what I ordered will arrive. Avoid this company.

I decided to re-write my review once I received my product to reflect on the whole process. This has now happened, and I have deleted my previously 1 star review.
There are both pros and cons from ordering from 365games and it's also important to understand for any potential buyer reading this review that there are currently delays in their processes that are impacting the customer experience.
Pros
- Well priced products. My order of ISS Vanguard was about £30 cheaper than the majority of other board game sellers. The item was clearly still new, not used and within it's plastic wrap packaging and was sold as advertised.
- The order came well packaged and within 24 hours of being dispatched (dispatch however was less than ideal and described below).
- The customer service team were very responsive and addressed my concerns, making delivery of my item a priority eventually after writing my previous review.
Cons
- The biggest one is the dispatch time. My item was advertised in bold red writing as being 5-7 working days till dispatch. I was more than happy to wait for this long. However, in reality it took 12 working days to dispatch, with missed deadlines given by the customer service team when emailing. They were eventually very apologetic and did eventually seem to help get my order on it's way, but this doesn't take away from the fact that the time to dispatch is poor (or at least poorly informed).
- Overflow warehouse. It appears that a vast majority of their products are being dispatched from an overflow warehouse, with a considerable delay in doing so. With Black Friday and Christmas around the corner I struggle to see how 365games intend to resolve this issue?
If the company was just a bit more truthful on their website regarding dispatch timings you would probably not hear from as many people and have all of these negative reviews being given. Simply updating the ISS Vanguard store page to say "This product may take up to 12 working days to dispatch" would have saved me a lot of bother emailing, feeling frustrated and writing my previous review. People prefer to be kept informed, and if you at least could proactively email people in advance to say sorry there's going to be a delay to your order, or update your store page more often, I can almost guarantee people would have a much better experience than just being left to wonder where their money had gone.
Regardless, it does feel better to be able to buy from a British company and with their affordable prices there could be the makings of a really great company here, but the dispatch process and stock management needs a serious overhaul.

Placed an order with 365 games a week ago. Website says items are shipped within 2-3 working days - this hasn't happened. No replies to my email earlier this week, and just emailed them now to the two email addresses they provide, info at xbite.co.uk and enquiries at xbite.co.uk - and the latter was bounced back from the server as it doesn't even exist.
I'll be issuing a chargeback with my credit card company at the end of the week if I don't have proof of postage by then.
Never again.

How nice of you to omit to mention that the BOLD RED WRITING ON THE LISTING was only added *after* your team realised this was missing when I sent a screenshot - resulting in Natasha from customer services emailing me saying "I do apologize this should have been stated, I've now added this onto the listing."
Gaslighting your customers - telling them the information is clearly stated when it is in fact completely absent - is precisely why this one star review will remain as such. I will never, ever order from 365 games again.

I ordered a game for my grandsons birthday on Monday expecting it to arrive before or on Saturday his birthday as it states 2-3 working days on the website . No despatch email so I sent two emails and received no response, really poor customer service ! I suggest folk avoid this company as my review and the reviews of most other customers suggest they are unreliable and do not respond to emails . I have now had to purchase the game from another company to arrive on Saturday so I will have his present. So disappointed but then wish I’d read the reviews first and I would never have purchased from them .
I’ve recently placed an order on 2 games from 365 since 10/04/2025 and up until this day I haven’t got any delivery or dispatched items email. I hope this isn’t a scam. I’ve also contacted them via email and so far no response. Please get back to me, I want to know where my order is.
