Competitive pricing & reliable store

Hi, good assortment, and highly competitive pricing compared to my local market prices. Bought some running gear. The delivery took about 2 weeks to Finland but arrived after all. If delivery was faster, I would've given 5 stars - now 4.

I really wanted a pair of DMT KR1 in…

I really wanted a pair of DMT KR1 in Milky Mint, but was unsure of my size in DMT, so I emailed 365rider to ask for their advice ... they replied with an in depth sizing guide & asking about my current shoes & sizing ... we then decided what size I should buy !
I'm in the U.K. but my English email was answered in perfect English !
Dealing with 365rider has been a dream!

Terrible company

Terrible company. Don't tell you about the "import fees" until its too late. I tried canceling and they said I was still responsible fir the fees. They disgust me.

Bought a pair of Puma Deviate Nitro 3…

Bought a pair of Puma Deviate Nitro 3 (IYTIYTTNU #393692). Everything ok until they miss the delivery date, no costumer service, 3 emails and just automatic answers without resolution of the problem and still not sign of my product. More than 100€ lost and no sign of resolving the problem or compensation.

Second time ordering there

Second time ordering there. First time was smooth and I was a happy customer that liked to come back. Now I had some issues with an order that didn’t get a confirmation so I thought it didn’t went through and placed another order. Resolving that took a lot of time and was very frustration because it was like one person didn’t know what the other before was writing.
The „real“ order I placed wasn’t in stock in the colour I ordered so I got the option to buy a different colour for the same prize. The offer was very kind but took again some time to finally get shipped. Don’t know if I would give them another chance, maybe because they have good prices

Easy Returns and Smooth Exchange – Great Experience with 365Rider

I had a great experience with 365Rider. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but the return process was simple and straightforward. Everything was clearly explained, and the exchange went smoothly.

I reordered the Brooks shoes in the correct size, and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Overall, the whole process was hassle-free and professional. I would definitely order from them again.

I have responded to the requested information through trust pilot. You had that information as soon as it was requested.
I have provided the information regarding this case again to info at 365rider address.
The information sent out with the warranty code is not what you say in your response below. The timeline information that you quote in your response below is also incorrect.

I would be happy to complete this process away from this trust pilot platform but this appears to be the only place that 365Rider appear to respond.

To clarify the timeline: once we received and validated the warranty/defect claim, we issued the brand warranty code and outlined the available resolutions under the brand’s policy (refund or a discount/coupon option). If you purchased replacement shoes before that process was completed, that decision was taken independently of our final confirmation and options.

Regarding the review you requested, your case has been checked again and we can confirm the above. As for the £37 you mention, please reply to our email thread with the order/warranty reference and a brief breakdown of where you believe the difference is coming from, and we will verify it against the transaction and resolve any confirmed discrepancy accordingly.

I have an item ordered after 20 days I haven't received nothing yet. An investigation is open from 5th Feb till now still ongoing.
Personally I had a really bad experience.
