This order included an item that had to be requested from our supplier, so dispatch is based on the estimated shipping date shown at checkout at the time of purchase. The “by 31st of Jan” is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and carrier transit times can vary once the parcel is handed over.

Very disappointing and unprofessional…

Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
I returned the shoes the day after receiving them, only briefly tried on indoors. Despite multiple emails and a full month of waiting, the store rejected my refund with unclear, low‑quality photos and no proper explanation. I even bought a new pair from them immediately in a different size, which clearly shows I wasn’t trying to misuse the return policy. Extremely slow communication, poor handling of returns, and zero accountability. I do not recommend this store.

If your response to my shoe warranty claim had been as prompt as your reaction to my negative Trustpilot review, I likely would not have given such a low rating.
It took you an entire month to determine whether the sneakers were eligible for a warranty claim, despite the fact that the receipt was included and clearly indicated all relevant details. Such a delay raises concerns about how the product was handled during that time.
Based on this experience, I must conclude that your customer service is far below acceptable standards, which is why my rating reflects this.

We’re sorry you’re dissatisfied with the outcome.

However, we need to clarify that refunds can only be approved when the returned item arrives in resellable condition (unused, clean, with original packaging and tags, as stated in our returns policy). When a return is rejected, it’s because the inspection found the product did not meet those conditions, and the decision is based on the condition of the item upon arrival.

Buying another size does not change the return requirements, but we do appreciate that you placed a second order. Regarding the photos: our team documents the condition to support the inspection decision.

Paid £194, Ended up with no trainers and no refund!! terrible

Don't buy anything from this company if you are not 100% sure the item will be ok.

Communication is horrendous, return process is shocking from the UK.

I purchased some Asics Superblast 2, which were too narrow, I requested a return, This was not confirmed by r365 (they said, confirmation needs to be given before product can be returned). Sent mail, received response with directions for return, the directions were missing some attachments. Requested attached information, and they just resent the same email. Sent trainers back (cost £18) following the information its stuck in customs, and says that the logistics company will contact the recipient, Sent a message to R365 and they have said the return is my responsibility. so its now stuck in no mans land. I have no trainers and no money !!! Lost the cost of trainers and the cost of the return. £194 wasted.

We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused.

To clarify the situation: because the UK is outside the EU, return shipments can be held by customs and require additional information to be provided to the carrier/customs so the parcel can be released and delivered to us. We cannot issue a refund until the return physically arrives at our warehouse and is checked, which is standard for any return.

This is not about “washing our hands” — it’s simply that customs clearance is managed by the carrier/customs authorities and the return sender usually needs to submit the requested documentation through the carrier’s process.
Once the parcel is released and delivered to us, the refund can be processed.

Don't bother playing roulette with…

Don't bother playing roulette with these guys. If the order arrives in good condition, then it's fine (like a lot of other shops out there). The issues start when something goes wrong. I'm my case, they sent a defective item and I'm the one that needs to pay for the costs to return the item. The return process is hard, you can't find the invoice in their website, and the headache is not worth it. There are better options out there.

Edit: Yes, you ignore the fact that the customer is not responsible for the item to be defective, and don't assume the costs of return for such cases. If it was a return due to other factors, ok, I understand that the customer needs to pay, but a defective item is a forced return.

Edit2: I the end they returned the full value and did not discount the return amount, so I change my opinion about them. I give 4 starts because the return process could be simplified a little, but had no issues after all.

If an item arrives with a defect, we do not “ignore it” — we assess the case based on the information provided and the product condition. Return costs and the exact procedure are explained in our returns policy on the website, and the invoice is available in your account under Order history / Invoices (or it can be requested via our support email).

We understand that a defect is frustrating, but calling it “roulette” is misleading: we handle claims and returns daily under clear, published conditions.

Hidden gem for runners

I really had a great experience with the company, easy to use website and also the wrapping of the package is extremely well done and protects the goods inside. Great quality, product and discounts available is value for money. Great hidden gem for runners. Only unfortunate is that the delivery service company they use is not the fastest out in the market and I had to ask for assistance on tracking the order, but that is the courier they use and my order was from Belgium. Not the company itself

I purchased a pair of Shimano XC 902…

I purchased a pair of Shimano XC 902 MTB cycling shoes for almost €250.
They have very little use, they are almost like new, but the sole has started to crack in some places.
I complained to 365Rider, they asked for many photos to prove the defect.
So I did, I sent everything.
Now the store says that since the shoes are from 2023, they want to assess whether the item is eligible for warranty.
The item is defective, the brand cannot raise issues trying to evade responsibility.
In addition, they are now demanding that I send the shoes back to them, paying for the shipping myself. Am I going to have the expense of shipping back a defective item?
It makes no sense at all, I clearly do not recommend buying from 365Rider, terrible customer service. They want to sell, but solving problems no longer interests them.

Yes it takes a little while to receive you order but they do say this when you order.
If you don’t mind not having them TOMORROW then what you do get is great stuff for a great price.
Im really pleased with my Saucony Hurricane 25s - this years model at last years model price.

Expensive returns

Problem resolved! They’ll pay for shipping and arrange. So all good but took a scrap.
Previously..
Don’t bother chancing this shower if you are outside of Spain. They can send you bonkers items and when you try to return it you are on your own.
Customer needs to arrange, pay and insure the return.
Very expensive for a pair of shoes they send on the wrong size and colour.
Dead to me now :)

Would give 0 if possible, had to pay a unexpected £80 customs charge and my order still hasn't arrived after almost 3 weeks

Rider 365 comments are also incorrect, it arrived well over a week after their latest predicted delivery date. The customs information is also hidden on their website and not made clear when purchasing. I was also charged VAT on top of the customs duty despite rider 365 claiming on their website this was included in the cost for UK customers

Regarding the delivery time: the item you ordered was a supplier order, meaning we had to request it from our supplier before dispatching it. This was clearly shown at checkout with the estimated dispatch date at the time of purchase.

I ordered a product from this company and it never arrived…

I ordered a product from this company on 26 of December, while writing this it is the 21st of January. My product still hasn't arrived, I've tried to call them but the answering machine is only in Spanish and me no hablo Espanol. Then I tried emailing where they said they would check in with the delivery company, this is also already a week ago. I've tried emailing since but no response....... I would like to have my money back since I don't have a product. But that's easier said then done when I can't get in contact with them...
