After many many years of using 3DIssue to publish our print magazines online a recent experience caused us to end our relationship.
We have always used the same PDF file that goes to our printers to publish in 3DISSUE but for the first time ever the online version showed fonts missing and corruption to the text. Somehow they blamed us for this and lost a client.

The application works really well, it is fast, intuitive and easy to use. I recommend it.

Good products and works well for our needs but what I appreciate most is the service. Any time we contacted support we got a response and help that day which is pretty rare these days. Good communication before and after which we really value.

I was tasked with taking over as the point of contact for 3D Issue at my company this past year. It was immediately evident to me how helpful and dedicated Ronan and his team were to making sure I understood how to get the most out of this tool. Ronan made himself avaialble, sometimes on very short notice, to answer any and all questions I had. Him and his team were crucial to my success in utlizing this platform and the finished product turned out great!

My company has been using this program for 8 years and couldn't be happier with it. From day 1, 3d issue has helped with our initial setup to updates when we upgraded our computer systems. I would highly recommend this software to anyone that is looking at creating flip book formatted web publications.

I really like working with this software, it's very simple to use and has all the functionality I need as a publisher. I have been a 3D Issue user for over 5 years now and the after-sales care and support that I get has always been great. Highly recommended

Good product in general, but sometimes it happens that there are technical issues.

We use 3D Issue (licenced version) for many years now and are very satisfied.

We are happy that 3D Issue has added many useful features over the years to keep up we other software.

The software is very intuitive and if we had an issue, the support team has provided a solution very fast.

We’ll keep on using it for many years to come !

I am a licensed user, and have been using 3D-Issue since 2011 when I purchased Version 3 to create e-Catalogs and e-Newsletters for non-profit organizations.
I am presently using Version 9, mostly to create eJournals.
3D-Issue's GUI is comprehensive and can become effective navigation tools once you've understood how to properly link them.
Being able to create both online and offline versions allows me to make presentations anytime, anywhere, even from my smartphone.

We have used 3D to publish our professional member magazine for over 8 years. The process has been a real learning experience as they have upgraded over the years, but they have been amazingly supportive and responsive. NOW, with the most recent update, I could not be happier. They have made the process so simple and the results are wonderful. I am now in the process of converting all of my back issues to the new software to get consistency and ease of use by my members. Three cheers for 3D!
