Great experience with 3DPrima and Hani! I have a bed leveling error, a replacement bed leveling sensor was quickly sent.
Having problemen with the K1 MAX from the get go. It does a LOT of things right. But fillement keeps getting stuk in the extruder. Extuder motor becomes realy hot. Gear teeth broke off.
Made picture and filed a complaint. Got good respons from the shop and they will send replacement parts.
I hope tis will solf my printing problems, becous when the printer does its job it does it realy well

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING AT 3DPRIMA!
I ordered a creality K1 over one month ago and it is has bed levelling issues ever since. I contacted 3dprima and they suggested to resend parts needed to repair the printer. This took over 3 weeks to deliver! I received this without any instructions how to replace all the parts. It took me over one hour to replace everything! After replacement, the printer still has the same issue. I tried to call 3dprima and they do not answer their phone during office hours.
Conclusion:
- I ordered a printer of over 400 euros and is still not working up to today. I placed the order at april 9 and today of writing this is may 15.
- They didn't even offer a single compensation for the printer that is not working and the time it takes to wait and hours I need to invest myself in repairing the product.
- Returning the product was an issue as the site indicates that returning the product is at own cost and risk.
Thanks to Hani, my K1C was up running within days after a malfunctioning printhead PCB. Spare one sent immediately!
Unfortunately, I have to update my review of 3D Prima. The Bambu Lab X1E printer is only available through Bambu's resellers, which includes 3D Prima, but they don't have in stock, nor they are willing to even accept placing an order! for replacement parts that are specific to the X1E, although they sell it! I think this is unacceptable since it is something that a customer would reasonably expect, particularly for an enterprise, expensive printer, no?
3D Prima's reply is only partially correct, the part in question exists but it is not with hardened steel nozzle, it is listed in other Bambu Labs authorised dealers as FAH016. I can understand that 3D Prima does not have in stock the part in question, but the X1E is a professional printer only available at a premium through their authorised dealers, that are bound (or should be) to provide a decent level of after-sales service which includes, if necessary, ordering the parts the customer needs. Just replying to the customer, quote: "You can only order items that we actually has for sale.If the part you seek is not found in our webshop, we do not have it." is not an acceptable answer and clearly indicates poor after sales service for this printer.
My review stands, the reference provided in the original communication was correct apart from the material of the nozzle. The answer received from you and quoted above (literally) is not an acceptable answer. An acceptable answer for e.g. would be: "Please beware that the part you requested does not exist, the reference you provided FAH016 refers to a part available with steel nozzle, not hardened steel, that can (or can't not) be used in the X1E, do you want us to order that part?", but you could not be bothered to be informative or courteous, just dismissive...you should learn, or at the very least train your staff better.

Great customer service. I got help with troubleshooting from Hani and a replacement part within a couple of days
My cabel broke in shipping and I called support. They were very helpful and guided me what to do.
I send an email with the necessary information. And within 10 minutes I got an email back from Hani, he/she was super nice and helped me with everything. In less then a hour Hani created an order for a replacement part and even sended me links to install in.

Had a problem with my hotend that I recently bought and contacted 3D Prima.
Got a reply during the same business day from Hani, who helped me troubleshoot the issue.
Hani was also quick in getting in touch with the manufacturer to discuss my case, and a couple of days later I was informed that a replacement will be dispatched to me.

Bought a printer, got issues, had a problem-solving customer service person who made my day, twice.
Hani has made me a repeat customer. It was just great. He helped me troubleshoot, and sent without any hassle the necessary parts to fix the printer again. In my case; first a printer head breakout card, then the wiring harness together with a new motherboard.
For the waiting time and hassle, I even got a kg of PLA+.
Will buy again.

Contacted 3dPrima regarding a malfunctioning filament dryer and Hani at customer support sorted it out with a replacement unit on the way within 24 hours!

I searched for weeks for a part. The Manufacturer was...useless. (Creality support is frankly horrible)
On a whim I reached out to 3D Prima, to see if they knew anywhere in the world I could source the part. Turns out, they have it, but it's not generally for sale. Hani, the person I went through, was able to get a workaround in place and get it shipped all the way from Sweden to me.
Simply a great experience.

I have struggled for 2 weeks with a silent motherboard that I get to my Ender 5-plus, build it back to original and didn't get it up and running.
Hani provided me with the correct firmware for both my motherboard's so fast and so easy!
I'm working backoffice with diagnostic support for a BIG company in Gothenburg so trust me when I say this support was great !
