Hard to cancel due to their poor business practices of keeping your subscription going and not returning your calls
These guys at 411 locals won't let you cancel. It takes them forever to return your call or email when you want to cancel service. When you do talk to them they talk about everything but cancelling. They drag the process out of not cancelling then say your company owes them for another month. They"ll even take your pictures down off of Google that you posted. Logo and all. Then they fix it to where you can't add your pictures back.

They are understaffed, replacing everything with slop AI, and manipulate clients.
Management takes no accountability and implement processes that end up hurting their clients because they would rather invest on pretending to be a great company, than to actually improving.
They lie to new clients, promising we won't work with any other company in an area, but it turns out, they do.

They gave me an excessive workload. Pointed it out on time, and they ignored the issue. That is what lead to issues with clients.
411 says: "Our team, including leadership, is held accountable through regular performance evaluations and client feedback."
Leadership is overworked and disengaged.
411 Says: "Additionally, while we embrace technology such as AI to improve efficiency, it is always used to support—not replace—human oversight and personalized service."
They replaced quality control with AI technology which performs poorly at providing insightful feedback. Even if this was pointed out, it was met with negative attitudes by leadership.
Their team members are trying to survive in an understaffed environment in departments which leadership refuses to adapt or communicate effectively in between departments to build proper solutions.
They drown in busy-work and process ambiguity.

Absolute rip offs. Paid alot of money to them and the well and truly far from delivered what was promised. Cancelled service and told them I dont want to be contacted for any reason. But they keep calling even 5 years after terminating them

411 Locals are keep calling me.
I signed up for 411 Locals after being told the first month would only cost $50. I wasn’t happy with the service and requested a cancellation within that first month. Despite that, they kept charging me.
I told them multiple times—over the phone and by email—that I wanted to cancel. Not only did they ignore my requests, but they started calling me every day, saying I owed more and more money. The amount they claim I owe has gone from $50 to $350, and now they’re saying it’s over $700. I never agreed to that.
I was told $50 was a locked-in rate, but once they had my payment, they suddenly said it would be $300 per month. That’s shady and misleading.
I didn’t sign a contract, yet they somehow kept accessing my bank account and charging me, even after I canceled my account multiple times. This feels completely predatory and unethical.
Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve never had a worse experience with any service provider.

We appreciate you hearing us out as we clarified that the $49.99 fee you were initially charged is the basic setup fee for the marketing campaign. This is a one-time fee that covers the preliminary setup of your online presence.
As part of our internal process, we are currently reviewing the initial conversation you had with the representative who helped set up your campaign to better understand what was communicated at the time of enrollment. Transparency is very important to us, and we want to ensure that everything was handled properly.
Regarding the charges you mentioned, we are actively looking into your account history. Based on our current records, the last successful charge on your account was the $49.99 setup fee. No additional charges have been processed since then. While we did attempt to collect the monthly recurring service fee, those transactions were declined and no funds were withdrawn.
To assist in resolving this matter, we kindly ask that you send us a screenshot of the alleged charges totaling $700, as this will help us investigate further and validate any discrepancies that may exist. We are committed to getting to the bottom of this and ensuring that your concerns are fully addressed.
Again, we sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration you’ve experienced.

These guys are the absolute worst…
These guys are the absolutely worst company to deal with. They continually give you the run around rather than just resolving the issue. When you want to leave, they will hit you with a bunch of extra fees to do so, and then delay delay delay getting you the files for the site transfer. Terrible.
UPDATE to their reply: I originally paid for them to supply me website files - after 3 weeks they finally got them to me and they still weren't working. I checked my statement and realized they charged my credit card consecutively unauthorized a total of 4 additional times. They also were charging the client, in spite of telling me that the client's card wasn't working, which is why they needed mine to finalize 'what was owing'. I had to file a chargeback and block the merchant. These guys are the definition of scam artists - I highly recommend you DO NOT engage in business with them.

They are ripping people off. They will make a web site for only you to see. They never advertise it and o the public. After I canceled my account, they still withdrew $300 from my bank account that my bank is still trying to get back with no response at all.. bogus company dont get scammed like i did. It did not produce one job for me and cost me over $1000 dollars before I realized that they are scammers..

I cancelled the service and they continued to bill my card, I spent 45 minutes on the phone to go through the proper steps in order to cancel the service. A mistake was made and My account is still being billed.
BEWARE ANY NEW CLIENTS. I will remove this claim when my dispute is approved by the bank.
