I canceled my subscription with these people and they charge my card over $600. I would not recommend this company to anyone they randomly charge your card for unauthorized amounts.

I just got a reply for my review saying my issues have been resolved.
This is an insult.
You guys ruined my company and my family's life.
You refunded $484 dollars when I have lost all the hard work I did for over 20 years to build my company's name.
You guys are a disgusting company.
I still won't recommend anyone to work with this company.
The worse experience of my entire life.
First year was great, after the first year my company disappeared from Google while I kept paying a monthly fee.
I stopped receiving new customers they didn't even know anything about it, I had to call and let them know what was going on.
They said they will start an investigation and start the process from scratch.
They didn't do anything for 3 years, they were just collected my funds and ruined my company I have for over 20 years. My financial situation went to the dump.
Every time I called they kept telling me the same story same exact words from a script.
Now I'm getting harassed by them telling me I owe them money when I fired them a year ago.
They kidnapped my company created a fake email and password so I couldn't get control my own company for months.
This company is the worse they show you results at the beginning and then leave you stranded.
I'm bankrupt.
Stay away!!!!

Can't give less than 1 star unfortunately. Good luck canceling this subscription. Months later and they are still billing me after dozens of cancelation requests. Absolutely the worst company on the godamn planet. Do not make the same mistake I did.

They refuse to put our company number on google even after repeatedly saying they would or already had but to this day the only number that shows up is their own. I am writing as a business owner
I am writing as a business owner, business employee and a customer. I strongly suggest to anyone, DO NOT HIRE 411, especially if you are a verified high end company with high revenue involved. These guys destroyed our brand, took over our google my business listing, with us having no access to it. We created another google my business listing which got suspended because 411 owned the original google my business listing. How does a company like them take full access and yet the owner or their staff are removed from access. let alone, do not buy into their website scam. If your a high end company, do not at all be taken advantage of and hire this company. Spend the money on certified website designers that speak your brand, not put garbage together. Note - we have been dealing with this problem since summer of 2023.

Very sketchy
So got a cold call from an Iowa number claimed to be from California. The guy didn't know if his manager is a he or she. And when I called back 3 times I got different individuals all claiming to work from home. Last time I checked you can have multiple lines assigned to one phone but harder to have multiple phones assigned to one number without it being a call center. I am guessing here but Going with my gut and saying scammers With a llc they say they are not selling anything in one sentence then go into a sales pitch about Google front page and how you can be on it. Claims 400 plus reps. Last I checked google has room for 5 or ten max companies on front page. If I am going to pay anyone to.be there it will be google not a third-party.
