Ok gloves but always delayed.

We just bought our 2nd glove. This one was also delayed. Its taken almost 3 month for delivery. Globe was ready to ship 3 weeks ago call them then magically they can ship the next day. Its always delayed.

Premium pro gloves by 44 don’t last

I purchased a Pro 44 Fastpitch glove. Worked great until the leather started ripping after 2 years. Contacted customer service which was no easy task waiting a week for a response of the warranty is a year contact this third party for repairs. Said third party then says it’s cheaper to buy a new glove then repair it.. I have 20 year old Rawlings gloves that have not deteriorated like this pro grade premium glove…

I bought a custom glove for my son

I bought a custom glove for my son. It will not break in despite our best efforts. We have done all the typical methods, mallet work, oil, wrapping the glove, even resorted to using an massage gun. He plays year round and he has been using it consistently a minimum of 3 days per week since Sept. (Total of 6.5 months) I have contacted customer service and they simply don't reply. We gave up on it after 6 months and just spent another $300 on a new glove..

I also know this is not an isolated incident as two team mates had the same problem. Definitely a product issue.

It’s been almost 11 weeks since I…

It’s been almost 11 weeks since I ordered the glove and it’s still not shipped. I’ve been asking for four weeks when they will ship and just get the run around promising it will “ship this week”. Be aware that if you order a glove you may not actually get the glove and they WONT refund you.

We customized a glove for my son for…

We customized a glove for my son for Christmas. We broke the glove in according to recommendations with purchased products from their website. When my son was at practice for Middle School the lacing in the webbing busted during the first throw down from his catcher. 44 Pro would not replacement or refund the mitt due to it being only the laces that ripped through so we sent it back and they re-laced it. I never trusted the mitt fully but my son wanted to use it again. Then the leather ripped in webbing during a routine play at first base. My son was incredibly disappointed and I feel like we wasted good money. I will never buy from 44 Pro again!

We have not received our glove

We have not received our glove, and it has been over four months. I have emailed them and called multiple times, but I only get voicemail directing me to use their chat feature. When I try to use the chat feature, it simply responds with, "I cannot understand that. Please rephrase." This has been a terrible experience. Terrible Customer Service will not recommend them to anyone.

Need to change policy on price matching, wait for promo code before purchasing anything. Terrible customer service

I purchased the new alloy, XP bat. About 3 to 4 days later, they release a new promo for pricing. And it is a significant amount of discount. I ask pro44 to Price match it. They said no, and they would rather have me return the bat and re-purchase. Which will cost so much more money and as well as resources that it wouldn’t make sense to return it and then purchase it just to get the price match. It is a significant amount. I’m not really sure if they really care about customer satisfaction, the ability to understand lifetime customer value. I even asked them to give me a credit instead of a refund. For some reason, the Customer Service didn’t really care much. It took him about 3 to 4 days to respond to my email.

Could not get a human to respond

Could not get a human to respond! Customer service is non-existent. Chat-bots are not responsive or intuitive. Email reply with no opportunity to speak to a human. DAYS to respond to any request. Pathetic service. Urgent requests are ignored. I WILL NEVER buy from this company again!

warranty work quick

I ordered my grandson a custom glove when he started playing travel ball. He used this glove for less than a year. It appeared the inside leather might have been backwards with the soft side against the hand. It ended up wearing a small hole in the top layer of leather. I sent 44 glove pictures of the glove. No questions asked, they simply replied let us remake the glove for you. With in a couple weeks we received a new glove. They didn't even ask for the old glove back. Thank God because we are in the middle of All-stars and could not break in the glove that quick. The new glove does have the smooth side of leather by the hand. I would highly recommend buying from 44 Glove.

Customer Service

Cannot speak to glove quality yet, haven't received it. Customer service is great so far. I accidently ordered a custom glove and they were able to cancel the order even though is says custom gloves cannot be canceled. Being I canceled right away probably helped.

Creators of masterpieces

The glove I designed and received from 44 pro was exactly to spec and is a work of art. The customisation level you can achieve on these gloves is second to none and for the price you can't do better. Yes, you will have to wait for your product but that is to be expected and you are given a timeline with regular updates on the processing of your item. No issues with customer service either and correspondence regarding with what they could and couldn't do in regards to special instructions on the glove. Promo code wouldn't enter on order so they gave me a gift card to the value of the difference which I used for some batting gloves which also look spectacular. Can highly recommend 44 pro!

Terrible laces, soft leather

Bought the glove in June of 2022. In September of 2023, the web laces had snapped. Before the web snapped, the day I received it in the mail, I hot water treated it (done it wit past 3 gloves no issues) when going to tighten the laces, the wrist lace and the left pinky lace had snapped. I would not recommended this glove to anyone, the leather its self is like wallet leather. Very soft and squishy, almost like there's no padding in the glove.

Premium brand Not premium customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought this glove for my son's birthday fully customized. Everything was great right up to the moment a short 3 months later when the laces in the pocket snapped. ( I understand these thigs can happen and this is not the issue) where it all went wrong was when I contacted the warranty department and was advised that I could send the glove back for repair or take a credit to have the glove fixed locally. I am currently working overseas and due to the location there is no where to have it fixed locally. When i ask them for the return shipping label they refused to provide one, as I was overseas . In other words I paid over 400$ for a glove and 44 is not willing to bare the cost of shipping it to fix faulty craftsmanship. This was definitely not the response I was expecting after paying almost 400$ for a custom glove. What I was expecting was a very understanding premium company willing to do what it takes to make it right. I work in a city where premium brands come with premium service and I have come to expect this. Pro 44 gloves is nothing more than a local provider charging premium prices with little to no after service support. I would highly recommend purchasing a high end glove from a large retailer you will pay less and they will have the capacity to support the product when things go wrong.

No one writes positive reviews anymore…

No one writes positive reviews anymore so I thought I would tip the scale. I have nothing but love for this company. We have ordered numerous gloves through the years, and they have delivered a quality product each time. Sure, sometimes there are delays and things happen out of their control. So does every company on Earth. I respect these people and they have given me great memories with my kids. If I have to wait a bit longer to have a quality product, then I do not mind the longer than usual wait times for a product of this caliber. Thank you 44 Pro!

Ordered my son 12.75” inch glove

Ordered my son 12.75” inch glove. When received it was either a 12” no bigger than 12-1/4”. Tried for months to get ahold of someone to resolved but got no response by email or voicemail. Finally made a complaint on their FB post and someone messaged me a few days later. After some promising emails they again went ghost on me and so we still don’t have anything resolved. Got their money and that’s all that matters.

They sent me the wrong glove and they never gave me a refund or never received my correct glove i ordered. after5 atempts they started to ignore my calls and messages and emails. This company sucks lets make this viral because they are not a good company its a fraud..

I ordered customize glove and the one i recieved have different design. I tried to complaint but they said they cannot do anything about it. If this is the way they handle with customers they are worth nothing! I don't recommend this company.

Horrible customer service

I bought a baseball glove, and slowpitch softball glove at the same time totalling $410. Both came so stiff that theyre un-usable. After trying to break in the baseball glove with a glove mallet, glove conditioner and a year of using it, its still not broken in fully! These gloves also have 0 padding whatsoever in the palm. I contacted support when i first purchased and they told me thats how all of their gloves come and there are no refunds on custom orders... Glove looks amazing but looks dont win ballgames. Actually bought the gloves in July of 2021 but cant go back that far.

Bad promotion policy

The glove takes much longer to get than they say . If you use any promotional code they tell
You that they have two extra weeks to ship
Your product even though the glove is finished . It’s bad customer service .
