Great Customer Support and Quality Results
I am very satisfied with 48HourPrint and will definitely recommend them to others as well as return for future projects.
Their customer service is excellent and guided me through the entire process. There was a minor issue with their UV machine that delayed the expected delivery, but they kept me updated the whole time and, once it was resolved, they arranged next-day delivery at no extra cost to ensure I received my order as soon as possible.
I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Once again, I have experienced excellent and attentive customer service from 48 hr print. Though the situation was frustrating (shipping delayed by a week due to package getting re-routed in the mail), all the customer service representatives I spoke with were empathetic, prompt, and as helpful as possible to resolve the situation.

The service was great. However. The product didn't last for one event. Its detached from the top. I would attach a photo but it doesn't allow me to.

Horrible Customer Service and No 48 hour Turnaround time
Horrible! Please read the fine print... I ordered a banner that took a week to get to me. Not what I saw in the picture the hardware was horrendous for the size of this little banner. I would have accepted that it was small if there was a way to stand it from the ground. It was a pole banner that came with zip ties and a bunch of marble and steal accessories. Hanging marble from a pole is heavy and totally defeats the purpose of a sign one could barely see. While the print quality was good no one will see it from the trash! Buyer BEWARE!
Additional Details: These people or playing games. I ordered on July 6th. I did not get the product until July 15th. How is that for 48 hours?
They have contacted me three times stating they would refer my case to a higher level but yet no offer to retify or refund. Let me repeat I ordered a "pole banner" based on a photo and specs. The pole banner in the picture or specs did not state I would get marble (heavy hardware) insert in a tiny hanging flag. Just imagine the weight when you get two of these and an iron pole fixture. It even had two zip ties. I'm looking for a way to add a picture to this. Now they act totally oblivious to what happened.
