Fortunately the assembly was self evident and it was only necessary to look at the pictures on the leaflet. The translation of the words into "English" left a great deal to be desired.

I ordered a shower door on 18/12/2013, understanding it was the holidays, expecting delivery sometime the following week. Just to check I phoned CS. on the 23/12/2103, to check on delivery time, and was told delivery would be 24/12/2013 or 27/12/2013 due to Christmas. Waited in all day Friday 27th, nothing! Rang CS. Saturday 28th, to be told no delivery till 03/01/2014 or 06/01/2014 at the earliest! Not their fault, it's the couriers! Stay away if your need items in a reasonable time.

the goods arrived carefully packed and in good condition. The follow up service was excellent. The shower uint I bought is now installed and meets expectations. All in all a very good purchasing experience.

we spent a lot of time searching and comparing different shower units and settled for one from 4bathrooms , the price was excellent and the delivery prompt , would recommend.

Delivered on the earliest day of the advised times, a phone call in the morning telling me delivery would be in the afternoon was much apprecited. Fitted bath screen at my son's new flat the next day, he is very pleased with it! No leaking and looks much better than the rail and curtain which was there.

ordered a shower screen. Very good price. they phoned up about delivery a couple of days before to check everything was ok and what i ordered.
When it arrived it was very well packaged.
The item was easy to fit with full instructions, and i could not be more happier.

There was no fitting instructions with the M.D.F. bath panels which caused many problems.I then phoned 4 baths 4times and their service dept. twice,the service dept. said there should have been fitting details with the panels but 4baths did not seemed concerned.

Ordered a Turin unit & basin, toilet, shower tray & bath, all arrived intact, packaged well and in good time. Excellent value for money, only gripe is postage costs to Perthshire £68,

Ordered a bathroom vanity unit with integrated basin which was faulty , rang the shop and spoke to someone who had no idea what I was Talking about so she kept having to riing me back and then twice tried to send me a diff part even though my plumber explained it was the basin ..eventually agreed to change the basin and said it would be delivered Sunday it came Monday ...this sink was well packaged with protective packing, the first had no packaging at all leading us to believe the original sink was probably a return from another customer and they were trying their luck .... We bought 3 diff plugs and my plumber wasted 5 HOURS trying to stop the sink leaking so this all contributed to a rather large bill ....

Having searched and compared with other retailers, 4 bathrooms provided the best price. I placed an order and expected delivery a few days later. Just 2 days later they came to deliver but I had been held up elsewhere. A message was left and I rearranged for the following day. Everything was delivered and carried into my home by a courteous driver.

What more can I say? The price was the best I could find. Ordering was easy. Communications was great all through the process and delivery turned up when promised. Everything was well packaged and in order.
A great experience. I'm now looking more stuff for a bathroom install and will buy from 4bathrooms without hesitation.

very please with the delivery service as original delivery was missed and the company was very responsive regarding re-delivery the next day. a text or phone call prior to the delivery date woudl have avoided missing the orignal delivery date.
