Equipment arrived in a timely manner. We set everything up. The installation instruction with the equipment was useless. The tech support that we paid extra for was great and it was set up very quickly.

Paid for Premium support, received support call, was promised an email confirming the details of the support call. The email was never received despite sending several chase up emails and phone calls. Was also promised more time when we undertook the site survey but just gave up waiting for a response. Very disappointing.

Helpful presales exchange via email, prompt delivery, well packaged.

The service 4Gon Solutions provided for me has been outstanding. Having bought Ubiquiti equipment from them, and being a relative novice, to find that I could (for an small/appropriate fee) draw on tech support from an experienced network engineer with them, to help me set up, was game changing for me. I think they provide a really great all round service.

Ordered on a Friday afternoon for Saturday delivery after hearing good reports from others. Order was fulfilled promptly on Friday and item delivered on the Saturday with no problems at all.
Would recommend to others.

Having previously bought from 4Gon Solutions, I made another. Ordered on 31st Oct 2024. Payment taken in full (£571.39). Still waiting on the order to be fulfilled (30th Nov 2024). The customer care is very unhelpful and an absolute disgrace. I ordered from 4Gon as it offered next day delivery even at a higher price than from alternative suppliers. But I've had to re-order from another site. Still waiting on 4Gon to sort themselves out.

Website stated the product was in stock so I ordered but it was not in stock. No communication from the team and no delivery. I rang and the team said it was arriving next week so I waited but it did not arrive. They sent some other stuff but didn’t tell me that the product was not in the box. Get to site to find product not there for the install. Wasted a day of work.

There was an issue with their systems that delayed the delivery of an order but they where able to rectify this when highlighted to them promptly
