There is a gentleman who advised me if I want 2 extra batteries for discounted price and I brought them, these batteries are extremely good. Camera price was almost $100 less than amazon. I read several negative reviews about 4K4Less and was at first skeptical.

I ordered on an AMEX and figured the worst that could happen is I would have to file a claim.

Well, that wasn't needed. In fact they called the next day and confirmed the order. Gave me a tracking number, and my camera showed up on time, exactly what I ordered.

The price was excellent, the service fantastic, everything was right. Ignore the negative reviews, this is a solid company.

Ordered a DJI Smart controller for drone and they did not send a confirmation email. Additionally, took them two weeks to charge my cc account. Then the product never arrived after additional two weeks. I tried calling and never could reach a live a person. I sent emails and still nothing. I had to file a dispute with the cc company. Do yourself a favor and heed the many warnings (wish I would have) and order from someone else.

The worse site I've ever ordered from. The item was $318.00 & they took $400.00 from me. I called them asking what's going on & they were very rude & telling me it was my Banks fault & they didn't even have anything to do with it they were just trying to cover up them selves from ripping people off. My bank got my money back which is a very good thing. Now I'm pressing charges against them they need to be brung down for this. How are they even in business for this crap.

I bought a drone in 2018 with vip insurance. Had a flight mishap and have been able to contact anyone to file ny insurance. Now tge insurance is about to run but still nothing. Now I have a 2000.00 dollar dron that's useless. Phantom 4v2.0 pro.

And website do not buy they have a very shady way of doing refunds been two weeks no response from the website or their paypal it's like they refuse to release funds
