I ordered a sony a7iii with the 28-75 mm lens and a gimbal but I never received the gimbal in the mail. I reached out to 4k4less and they said they would either send me the money or the zhyin crane 2, I chose to receive the zhyin crane 2. I have yet to receive the gimbal in the mail or get any emails back from the company , while I emailed them multiple times regarding the issue.

I use 4k for less frequently for movies. Flawless converting. Highly recommended!!

Don’t bother! I purchased a camera lens that was in stock for a great deal - they kept telling me “it’s coming”. Probably after they realized they made a huge mistake and underpriced the lens. I patiently waited for a month until I decided to call. When I spoke with someone, they yelled at me and told me to wait. I even noticed that they relisted the item at a higher price! Never purchasing from them again.

When I placed my order, it was hard to tell that it was accepted. I did not receive an email confirmation that my order was received and confirmed. I waited a day and still didn't see the confirmation. So I re-did the order thinking I didn't enter it correctly. Well a couple of days later an email confirmed and said shipment was on the way. Didn't realize it was for 2 of the same product. I think this should be corrected and if a small company sees 2 of the same order to the same person, a person from the company should have reached out to make sure I wanted 2 of the same. I will say though it was an easy return, and was credited promptly

I did a lot of research before purchased Nikon camera from 4k4less. After I narrowed camera choices to a couple, 4k4less.com continually came up as a best place to buy. Their prices change regularly, so I watched for about 45 days before purchasing the D3500 and a Tamron lens. It was shortly before Christmas and I received a call that they may not be able to deliver before. That said, while I was late ordering, I received everything on Xmas eve. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I purchased a Canon X50 camcorder what I didn't know is that they sold me a European model not a USA model it runs on a euro system no good in the Usa the Camera is not even tradable here they ripped me off & they would not exchange it for the USA model which carry I was supposed to get. I would not buy anything from this Company again & you folks out there should do the same. They don't care about their customers. Thanks Peter Aceto

I rarely review any business unless something was poorly done but your service was so exceptionally GOOD that I thought you deserved some positive feedback, which for me is even more rare.

Honestly, I chose to order a camera through you because you had the best price but because of that and the fact that I never heard of 4K4less, I was a little concerned about placing the order. Not only did the camera come in faster than stated, it came with a collection of accessory items that I really didn’t need though some are very useful and valuable. Camera bag, 2 tripods, flash unit with rechargeable batteries, etc. Very unexpected.

As a retired, successful pro photographer I’ve ordered thousands of dollars of gear from B&H over the years and I have to say that I’m impressed with your operation and I’m not easily impressed. I will be happy to keep you in mind for any future needs for me and any friends who need a source of gear.

I was in for a real shock when i searched the prices online to buy the canon g7x camera & got the cheapest price on this site ($60 less then any other place), to be honost i was really scared after reading alot of the negative reviews but took the chance & im glad i did, got it mailed to my door around 36 hours later, registered it on canon.com & loving it.

Total Scam. I knew the deal was too good to be true. Ordered on April 1st. No communication other than it's on back order. AND THEY DIDNT COMMUNICATE IT TO ME - I HAD TO CALL THEM!!! A DJI camera on back order with no news of one coming available in sight......that I can pick up - and did pick up at best buy.....OK, whatever you say. ZERO updates, last communication and only communication I received from them was the order confirmation 4/1 saying shipping in 5-8 days. no other communications, no sorry, no hey we scammed you, no nothing. I'm actually surprised their website is still up. Must take a while to shut down a good scam.

Beware, they sell gray-market cameras that the manufactures refuse to service or repair under any circumstances. We cracked the case on a Nikon, shipped it to Nikon for repair, only to have them tell us it's a gray-market camera and they won't touch it. So now the camera is a total loss from what should be a basic repair.

I was very hesitant about purchasing a new Canon 5D Mark IV camera from 4K4less. I have been in the market for this camera for several months now, and I stumbled upon an incredible package deal for a 5D Mark IV, a canon EF 24-105 IS STM lens, and a Sigma 70-300 lens. Other accessories in the bundle included 2 64G memory cards, a backpack, video microphone, three sets of filters, a flash, a monopod, and a tripod. I could not find any other deals online that came close to what 4K4Less was offering. This deal was over a thousand dollars less than anything else I could find. I took a risk (used my preferred credit card with the best fraud protection) and placed the order. I received a call from a guy at 4k4less to go over my order, and was informed the free shipping did not apply b/c I live in Hawaii. I run into this issue all the time, so I was ok with adding another $20 for shipping. I also opted for the addition battery. The guy thanked me for the business, and said it would be shipped out soon. I received a tracking number via email the next day. About three weeks went by, and the status never changed. It kept showing that USPS was still awaiting receipt of the item. I started getting nervous, b/c it appeared like a shipping label was created, but the package was never dropped off at USPS. I sent an email to the 4k4less customer service, and received a quick reply that USPS is experiencing a backlog and my order will arrive soon. It came in the mail 3 days later. The only problem with the order is that instead of the expected Sigma 70-300mm lens I received a Canon 70-300mm lens instead. The Canon lens is better than the Sigma so I was perfectly ok with that swap. Like others have stated, I was nervous about ordering after reading some of the bad review. Except for Amazon which will send out emails after every purchase asking for reviews, I figure most people that leave reviews are the ones that experience an issue, therefor feel emotionally compelled to leave a negative review. It is more likely a much higher percentage of people are happy with their orders, but just do not take the time to leave a review. That is especially true if they are not prompted. I don’t leave reviews (negative or positive) very often, but in this case I am glad I did business with 4K4Less. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received, and love my new camera!

Excellent service absolutely no complaints. The gentleman who worked with me was great. Called yesterday expressed that I was new to cameras. Was torn between the Canon EOS REBEL T7 and the Nikon 3500. We had three different conversations and I made a choice. Paid for the overnight shipping it showed up before noon today. Opening the package invoice packing slip everything was there absolutely impressed. Sad to see all the bad reviews although from personal experience im ecstatic. This company has my business.

I had the worst experience with 4k4less. I ordered a drone (Mavic Mini) from them the day of release and waited months for it to arrive. I have been waiting almost a year for an external charger that I bought with that order to arrive. Emailing their support team included waiting weeks for responses or just no response for months. After a year they finally said they can't provide me the item and offered me store credit. I asked for a refund but they refused. The worst experience I have ever had with a business.
