Avoid At All Costs
Poor aftersales. Product sizzled and was just a nightmare to resolve. The owner then decides to report this feedback to trustpilot as a fake review. Trustpilot wins in my favour.

Fantastic service and top notch kit!
They went the extra mile for me when I left a component at home just before my event. I called them up and they sent out the part I needed which arrived at my hotel just in time and at no cost. They also included some stickers which I gladly stuck on the bike! The kit is top notch and the guys are fantastic. Thanks guys :)

Great service and love my new toys!
I've recently updated my 4k system with some extras for a holiday and as usual I found the guys very helpful. I like the range of accessories avaialble and the tailor made approach they take when discussing your needs. Highly recommend.

Utterly Dismal - Bad Product / Worse Service...
Returned a rear view camera kit, as it was neither as described, nor of satisfactory quality; one of four screws in the body of the camera was completely loose.
The kit was delivered back to 4Kam on 10/03/15, and, having not responded to any of my emails, I only received a refund today (08/06/15), so 90 days later, because I escalated a claim through PayPal.
Interestingly, the refund came the day before PayPal would automatically return the money to me, as 4Kam hadn't responded to the claim.

Avoid at all costs!
Bought a rear view camera for my car & caravan from 4Kam. Camera kit was cheap & nasty, certainly not worth £229. A sticker saying '4Kam' was placed on the camera monitor to make it look like theirs but reality was it was from China & very poor quality. Wouldn't have mattered if the cameras had worked. They didn't. If you try to contact 4Kam then best of luck. They never answer their phone or respond to emails. They left my returned cameras at the Post office for well over a week while trying to claim I had sent it to the wrong address. Thank god I paid through PayPal who got me a full refund. Please heed this warning & buy from elsewhere.

Wonderful product and helpful staff
I got a HD camera for my partners main Christmas present and he is extremely pleased with it and from such a small thing the picture is really great. The man I spoke to at 4 kam was most helpful and recommended a camera for motorcycling so that the bike can keep it charged up. Really great present, think I earned some brownie points!
