Best kitchen supplier in Nottingham than by far. 5 star service and price can’t be beaten.

The whole team were absolutely brilliant from our 1st visit right through to installation. The quality of the kitchen & the competitive price is 2nd to none. We are delighted with the kitchen & could not recommend 4K’s highly enough. Thank you to Amy, Del Boy, Evie, Lee, Paul & the rest of the fantastic team. I recently purchased a second hand kitchen locally and was missing a drawer and a cupboard door. 4ks kitchens had the exact ones I needed and delivered them to me the same day. Absolutely top notch customer service, highly recommended

We have purchased kitchens for our rental properties several times from 4kskitchens and have always found the company to offer a brilliant service. The staff are polite and professional and any queries are dealt with promptly. If you want an excellent value for money product with superb customer service then this is the company for you! Would highly recommend.

The doors and worktop were fine
However the carcasses were sub standard
The pre drilled holes for selves did not match up so they just drill more holes meaning you can only have shelve in one place
The cupboards were wonky
Lots of chips and covered in pencil
They did contact us after a few weeks due to holidays and say they would come and change them but we had already fitted them after taking them apart and to be honest I don’t rate the workmanship so they are not fitting anything in my house
For all of this they gave us a bottle of wine 2 mini packets of Haribows and a 4K kitchen cup

4ks kitchens was recommended to us from a family member who used them and was also very happy with the service.
From start to finish we recieved brilliant customer service, no salesy pushy behaviour just honest upfront and professional advice which we really appreciated. They were very budget friendly also, initially we didnt think we could afford a new kitchen but they tailored our plans to make it affordable.
Jodie who sat down and designed our kitchen plans was really helpful and helped us to decide what was practical as well as affordable.

This is the second time we have used 4Ks . I can't rate this company highly enough . There was no hard sell they listened to what we wanted and advised us . Everyone we have dealt with have been both polite and helpful . Has for the work they did it was first class . I would definitely recommend them to both friends and family .

My family and I definitely DO NOT recommend this business after our horrible experience. Absolute appalling behaviour by the supposed owner of the business.

Last weekend we visited 4k kitchens to finalise our payment and fitter for installing kitchen worktops. This order enquiry began since December 2021, and it has taken us 3 months to finalise what we needed to proceed with the order, including getting advice from a 4k kitchen’s staff member on whether installing worktops would cause any issues. NO ISSUE was mentioned during their assessment of our kitchen and we proceeded with our order for just worktops.

We also finalised our sink during this weekend as there was an offer for a free stainless steel kitchen sink for installations over £1k. This was discussed with another staff member who came back to us and offered to deduct £89 off the kitchen sink we chose, which was black ceramic instead of stainless steel. Note, we were NOT getting the sink for free, just a deduction which the staff member discussed with another employee before finalising with us.

All was going well, until this owner turned up and we overheard raised voices from their office. Unphased, we were told to enter the office a few minutes later. He basically refused to send a fitter for our order as he claimed that 4k kitchens ONLY install full kitchens not just worktops. He also said that the sink offer discussed with the other employee will not be happening.

Now, we are understanding people. If this conversation were to have been approached by the owner in a professional and mature way we would have still been disappointed but would have agreed to cancel the order and move on. However, the following instances of behaviour from this man showing disrespect, patronisation and just plain unprofessional rudeness has led to us disclosing our poor experience with 4k kitchens’ owner:
- Firstly, his demeanour was standoffish and he flat out refused to send a fitter, giving NO apology for any inconvenience caused
- Stated that they will not proceed with just our worktop order, and that it’s not the minimum amount to send a fitter for
- When we retorted saying this was all discussed with one of his staff members, he said a ‘simple Google check’ can show us that no business will just fit worktops (we asked other companies and fitters to check, this claim is completely false and an overgeneralisation)
- When we were adamant to have a fitter check at least if our kitchen will be acceptable to install just worktops he said that he could send one but ‘he’ll just say the same thing’
- Regarding the sink offer, he said if we ‘read the offer properly, it’s just stainless steel sinks’, to which we again retorted saying his staff members agreed on just deducting £89 from the black sink we wanted
- When he refused to send a fitter he then, in a way to make himself look superior I guess, recommended other fitters for us, but said prior to printing them out that the only fitters who might install worktops would be a ‘joey from the pub’

We have cancelled our order and will never go back to 4k kitchens. We are posting our review on here to let customers know that this business ONLY INSTALLS FULL KITCHENS, seeing as 4k kitchens doesn’t bother clearly stating this anywhere in their store or have their employees/owner inform customers prior to processing orders.

If this owner were to be a proper professional and not a ‘joey from the pub’, he would have CLEARLY communicated this policy to his staff members and we would have never proceeded our worktop enquiry back in December.

Such a waste of 3 months that we will never get back.
