Hello Patryk, first of all, thank you very much for your feedback. As you are the same person as the one behind the feedback the other day, i would like to adress the most important point again.
The most important question is, what prevented you from cancelling the subscription you’d taken out? Because it’s actually very simple (just send an email to support or click the button in your account under ‘Subscription’) and you’ll then immediately receive an email with the confirmation and the date on which the subscription ends.

Hello Cunt-deletemyprofile and thank you for your feedback.
At the moment we are not yet able to provide servers for this specific game. That is why it is on "coming soon" on our website. As there are things the game developer has to add and change to make a full commandline able dedicated serverhosting possible, we have to wait until they do so. That is also the reason why there is no ETA as we simply do not have a possibility to know by now.
We know that is frustrating for fans of this game and we really wish we could provide the game sooner then later, but sometimes our hands a simply tide.
Bad cancelation service
Good servers until it was time to cancel. I canceled the server through their website and received confirmation that it had been terminated. But a month later, I received a new invoice saying I was still committed for another 3 months, and money was withdrawn from my account because of it. They refuse to refund the money for something I canceled more than a month earlier.
I would not recommend them.

Dear customer, first of all we would like to say thank you for your feedback. We are always glad to hear from you.
Without knowing all facts, it does read that you may have ordered the server with a minimum term that was still not over when you decided to cancel the contract. This will of course then result in a later date for the end of the contract and until then the fees are due to be paid.
You should see the date to which the the contract will end in your confirmation email. If you do not have it anymore, just ask our suppot team, they will be happy to assist you.

To cancel your subscription you have several easy ways. If you like it old school you can send us a letter or fax but much easier is an email to our support team. Simply state your customerID or account e-mail and we will register your cancellation and you get an e-mail as confirmation.
If you want to do it by yourself, that is as easy as an e-mail: log into 4Netplayers, go to you account where you find your contact and click on the button to cancel. Simple three clicks, what we consider easy to do.
If you have any question, please contact our support, we will be happy to help you, e.g. if you do not remember your cusomterID or login.

Do not use this service, no customer support, live chat never works so your left high and dry if you have any issues. sems impossible to cancel if your not happy with the service during the term you have agreed to run the server for. sadly a very unhappy customer......
I did use the email option thats the thing over 24hrs got a responce today nearly 48hrs after the server had stoppped working to find out it was you who changed the filing system that caused the issue but no info no hey we are updated things at our end you may have server issues just poor for a service im paying for. you advertise quick responce ive lost the data for my server hours of work put into it setting it up frustrated is a understatment.

A cancellation of the server or a request for refund (within 14 days after order) is also best done by email to our support-team. Please just state your customerID and we will follow your request.

Frustrating and still no solution
I tried to create a server on Windrose, and it simply doesn’t work. I constantly get the following error:
"Could not get IP for Server."
The issue happens every time, and there is no clear guidance or solution provided. What makes it even more frustrating is that I had already scheduled a gaming session with others, and we were unable to play because of this problem.
For a service like this, basic functionality and stability should be expected — unfortunately, that’s not the case here.
So far, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I hope this gets fixed as soon as possible.

There are still some issues with Windrose servers at the moment, that are mostly simply are based on the fact that the game is just gone into early access. There are still some basic features missing or not finished but the game developers are working on it and push updates very fast.
At this point we can only wait and update as soon as the new versions are released - that is what we do.
