I have been mislead, I was promised a 50% discount off the first month and it disappeared on checkout. Fraudulent advertisements like this tempt me to use other server hosts

The 50% discount on the first month only applies to contracts with a minimum term of 3, 6 or 12 month. If you choose a 1 month minimum term, the discount does not apply. This is stated and visible when changing the time during the order process, but as said above, this may be subject to change.

Genuinely awful Support and Performance
Genuinely awful Support, poor performance and absolutely lacking Developers.
Performance "Saver" addons that are forcefully installed and cant be configured as they botched the addon so much it doesnt even read the config. When I addressed this i was basically just told "No".
Also any serious hoster offering to Host Claude is something to be aware of. As anyone with a simple resemblance of IT Security would not touch that even with a long stick.

They sold me a "3 months" bundle and billed me every month for the "3 months" bundle.
Server was also laggy and jittery.

In your case, you apparently overlooked the very clear ‘/month’ in the prices, did not read the description of the tariff when making your selection, and did not look at the order summary before completing your purchase, because it is clearly described there once again.
