Worst experience ever
I order a coffeetable which is taking its own sweet time to arrive.
when i ordered. they said once its available we will let you know. normally you would expect in a few days you will get an email giving you updates. but that is not the case no one will ever contact you and once i was tired of waiting for 1 and half weeks i called them to give me any update on when my order will arrive. they said the system says in 1 week your table will be ready and we will give it to postnl. i received an email from postnl to set a delivery but right on the delivery day 4udesigns called me saying we could not ship the item to the warehouse and therefore your order will not arrive today. we will let you know when we can deliver it to a warehouse. worst customer service i have ever seen will never ever order from this website again and i do not recommend you to order from here either.
oh and just to add up never ever contact them on facebook. they will take days to reply even during the weekdays if you ever want a reply. call them. on facebook they replied after 1 week

As we informed you, the weather was very bad ( lots of snow) so delivery was difficult for all transportcompany's. Add to that the busy times as a result of the measures surrounding the Covid virus, delivery takes a bit longer these days. Our sincere apology for your discomfort and hope you understand the situation . Your couchtable has already been delivered and we hope you enjoy it!
Great Products & Great Customer Service
I have to stay the customer service is great with this company. What I like is that if you email they respond, if you call they answer the phone.
I purchased one bar stool and liked it so much I bought another two more. The track and trace number never came to my email but I called the company spoke to the kind lady at the reception desk and she personally emailed the T&T for PostNl within minutes. I would definitely recommend this company and I would buy directly. They're super nice and they have great products.

Armstoel oh wood
I purchased 6 of the oh wood armstoelen, the quality and looks are perfect. One small crack developed in one of the chair legs, this is most likely due to the manufacturer defect. After sending one email with a photo. The customer service at 4Udesigned got back to me very quickly and sent over replacement legs for my chair. I was amazed with the friendly and effective customer service. I will continue purchasing things for my house from this site.

Good product, good service
Ordered 6 garden chairs: good quality, conform to expectations.
One of the chairs was broken. Customer service was very reactive and had a new one sent the day after the claim.
One negative point, they did not take the broken chair back (easier to recycle for them or their supplier), Now I have to bring it myself to the containers.
