Ordered a backrack for my F150. First order was via amazon as a reseller of 4wheel. The rack arrived With scratches, but more outstanding was a dent on bottom of rack, which showed some bare metal, and signs of oxidation. It was returned and refunded. I ordered again from amazon thinking this was a slip up. The second order arrived, and behold, it was the same box. I know because there was a mark on box that I placed, but also there was tape I used to secure the edges of the box. After researching a bit more, noticed that the 4wheel was the seller of this item both times. Shame on 4wheele to try and resell a known defective product. They also were trying to get me to pay for shipping ,,,,not happening! After 5 weeks of dealing with these subpar vendors, I finally got a refund after countless emails, calls. Don’t know how they are still in business as customer service is not a high standard for them. Do not buy from this company! I will not purchase a nail from them, or will I advocate to anyone. Amazon should discontinue to work with these losers.

I ordered a product from 4Wheelonline they had on Amazon. The product was a jack extension for my RV. I received COILS for a FORD 4.6 engine. An obvious mistake and not an issue for me. I followed the requested and proper channels to get what I paid for. I included photos of what they shipped too. 4wheelonline requested I send back the coils. No problem.
This is the problem, instead of taking care of the customer, they are more worried about the coil return. They stated they would ship out the Jack extension once they received confirmation of UPS picking up the coils. Quite frankly, they should have shipped the jack extension immediately and overnight for their mistake. After a complete run around I requested a refund through the proper channel and since then ordered a better product that auto retracts automatically under the aframe of the trailer. Love it. After agreeing to a complete refund, I have not seen this come through. Going back to what I stated, wheelonline agreed to issue a refund and or ship the correct item once they verified UPS picked up the coils. No refund issued. I still have yet to see my refund. I have now placed a dispute with my credit card company and provided them proof of delivery of the returned coils. Update: Three weeks later. I finally received my refund. And this was only after I had proven to Amazon of the returned coils. 4wheelonline will never be forgotten in how they do business and has lost a customer for good.

called because i only got an order e-mail never answered email and when i called said they didn't have my number in their system , when i gave order number they said "oh we called you and cancelled the order because it was out of stock" you just told me you didn't have my number !!! they never called . better not take any cash from me or Attorney General will be up their a BUTT ! pieces of @#it !

Don't buy anything from this site. Even if you order a part for your vehicle, you'll get something else. Then they blame you and you have to pay for the shipping cost cause of their mistake. Don't buy anything from from this company. They will rip you off.

Called the business to verify that the wheel flares they were offering on their site would work for my truck. He said they would and that they would have to get them drop shipped from the manufacture but I needed to order online. I placed the order and got an order confirmation. After waiting for the wheel flares they never showed up so called them to ask about tracking number. He can't find my order by the confirmation number,phone number or my name. He then tells me he can't get them. I asked why did he tell me he could when I called before I placed the order. So I wasted 10 days and now have to start the process all over with a better company.

It makes me choose 1 star but if i could it would be a big fat 0 STARS. placed order through amazon and then talked to you guys directly. 2 phone calls and customer service relayed to me that everything was good and would recieve my order by the date posted. 3rd phone call and customer service told me that my order(s) were cancelled due to a listing error. Thank you for wasting my time, you will never recieve my buisness again. Buyers beware this company will screw you any chance they get.

I have been looking for a Magnaflow exhaust system for my 2019 Chevy Silverado and came across 4wheelonline, and was amazed at their prices. Most dealers were in the same ball park but with 4WO during the month of March with the sale and all you can name your price. Truly amazing and it was delivered 4 days later. Talk about service, if I am looking for more parts I would definitely check them out first. Worth it - all parts are legit, waiting to install next week.

This company is a rip off take your money but wont send what you paid for after words wont answer phone had call from another phone so they would answer after words nothing but one lie after another is they so hard up to rip people off now i am out my money and merchandise all i can say i never do any business with this bootleg company again thanks again John for screwing me real good without any vaseline

I accidentally ordered 2 sets of wheels online because my original order was not showing in the history.

They called the next day to confirm if I only wanted 1 set.

Great communication! They also called me back about my free light nuts that I forgot about and made sure I get the correct size.

Recieved my wheels within 5 days which included over the weekend.

Very impressed and would buy from them again in the future.

ordered 5 wheels, 3 of them were damaged emailed pictures and no response. Very dissapointing

Make sure you know this is NOT 4 wheel parts this company is trying to hinge off of the true built business calling itself 4 wheel online and so if you place a order and you want to waste your time filling out and giving your information to site that allows billing and shipping separate but then cancels your item even after they call and confirmed that you reflected a billing address and information and ask to have the item shipped to another location and confirm as mentioned from phone call they will not process the order even that they offer both billing and shipping address can be not the same they also charged my card and never sent items to either address a rip off company that I had report them and change credit card information they act like there out to protect you but just the opposite they will violate you they would like you to also put your order number so they can try to tell future deception to the public and should be banned from the internet and Trustpilot will also be another area I will place this company for the public to review DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Called to find out ETA for Wheels i had placed over a week ago and when i called in to find out the customer service rep took down my number and said he would call me back in once he finds out the ETA which was strange that he did not have that pulled up with the rest of my information. Never heard back from him and when i called back a couple hours later to see what was going on, the phones just kept ringing and no one answered. I called back the next day and the same situation happened. I called back after the new years and then was on hold for 10 to 15 mins and another person came on and then informed me that those wheels were discontinued and that the order had never been placed. He then proceeded to say that I received a e-mail stating that the order did not go through and that it was not available which was a bold face lie because i would not have waited this whole time if i had received a e-mail right away saying that it was not available. Not Only are the advertising false products on their website that they do not have, when you order something they do not have, They won't tell you any information until you call multiple times to find out when you will get your part. Very unsatisfied with customer service and communication to your potential paying customers who are spending upwards of a thousand for products.

If you still decide to order from them I STRONGLY ADVISE that you call instantly to find out about your order and wait on hold and DO NOT let them call you back because they WON'T take the time to give you a call back with an answer that should be at their finger tips.

Recently took a trip and the roads were snowy and icy and the tires performed well.

I ordered the wheels and they were in my hands in less than a week.The boxes were in great shape upon receipt.
The ordering process was very easy and the site is very intuitive. 4wheelonline will kept in mind for future needs. Thanks and keep up the good work

ordered a lift kit from them showed up with missing parts. Its now over a month later and they have not done anything for me. wont even call me back !!!!!

My new tires arrived earlier than expected and were exactly what I ordered.

Terrible company. placed order on October 17th my order is still not finished or remedied. They lost the order first, no tracking numbers. Took 1 month for tires and wheels to show up. Tires arrived mounted opposite ways, missing valve stem caps, wrong size lug nuts. Lug nuts took another month to arrive. I’ll never buy from this place again and will spread the word to others.
